Five Elements Hostel

Some of the staff really suck. Private room was uncomfortable & cold. You gota pay for sheets? And clean up? Makes no sense. Worked in many hostels but man was dissapointing.

The breakfast was good for 7.5€ and had hummus. I thought if there was scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs. Coin laundry was reasonable in total of 6€. The neighborhood is not for family but near the station and convenient. They have coin lockers too.

lovely hostel, good vibes! onlynegative thing is the neighbourhood, you have to be comfortable seeing a lot of crack pipes. nonetheless I felt safe and would come back :)

In the redlight district however every tine i go to frankfort i nake a poi t to stay here. Rooms are great and it is a friendly environment when you are in the building.

The organised pub quiz was good for meeting people, good pool tables and kitchen

Hostel itself was comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful - really sociable atmosphere with events on every night. The location is very central but felt very unsafe, me and my partner did not feel safe at all leaving or entering the hostel. We didn’t go out at night at all for this reason. As soon as you walk out there is dr*g addicts everywhere. We were in a private room but people staying there weren’t very considerate, talking loud on the phone late/early and lots of noise outside.

Fica em uma localização boa, perto da estação central, mas mesmo sendo em uma região perigosa, me senti segura no hostel. Os atendentes foram muito prestativos. Quarto limpo, só achei ruim o lugar para tomar banho.

Decent place in the worst location – the red light district in Frankfurt. The hostel itself was pretty okay.

The stuff are super nice, specially Sam! Had a lot of fun there!

Elevator! Nice staff! Close to train. The only issue is the sketchy ppl in the area -::(. I mean Frankfurt is not Berlin why all the sketchy ppl ?? private room was fine. Comfy bed, sunny balcony! . Industrial German feel but comfy. WiFi a bit spotty …Great price Towels provided. And earplugs. Has AC in the room. I used a fan app to drown out the minimal street noise. Slept well.

This is a backpackers hostel near the main train station in Frankfurt. It was easy to find. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are good. There are different types of rooms available and plenty of people arrive straight from the airport or from long distance trains. It is a great place to base your visit to this extensive city in Germany.

I slept well on my one night in this hostel. The dorm was reasonably peaceful by hostel standards and the bed linen was nicely washed and pressed. On the other hand, the fact it’s in the red light district doesn’t accurately describe the street it’s on. It’s more of an all night crack festival. However behind the hostel’s 2 security doors one feels at ease. I also found having to ‘rent’ the bed linen a bit annoying but I had been warned and it is not hugely expensive.
