Location isn't good, but it's okay.

1) the hostel is located in a neighborhood full of homeless people, drunkards and other not so pleasant people, especially in the evening time. But that might be a plus for those who want more of a local vibe 2) a phone shelf above my bed fell on me and hit my head while I was sleeping!! that's dangerous... so if you opt for this hostel I advise to place your legs and not your head near the shelf when in bed

Lit très inconfortable, bruyant et matelas déformé, casier très lourd et qui tombe (attention aux mains ...), Quartier très proche de la gare mais très très mal fréquenté, sentiment insécurité (badge pour rentrer dans l'auberge et présence d'une personne 24/7)

Area of the hotel but didn't depends on the accomodation unfortunately

not a comfy bed(could feel the spring in the mattress while lying on it), the streets out were busy all night n a lot of hustle bustle in the night.

May be a better bunk beds.

There is a 15 euro minimum for card payments, which can make the city tax or ordering food and drink very difficult. The bar was limited and staff weren't always willing to help, also I was told the pizzas were just frozen then heated up, not worth the 7 euro they cost. The room seemed to be minimally cleaned, and my mattress had a large blood stain on it conveniently hidden by the sheets they put on top, do they really think they can hide it when you are expected to put on and strip the sheets yourself? Location is very sketchy, don't go out after dark especially if you are female or alone. They do give you a warning and a 24h free cancellation period which is appreciated, but instead of calling it the red light district it should be called the drug dealer district, saw needles and people using substances everywhere. It is close to the main station, and walking 5 mins in any direction will get you out of this district thankfully.

Some of the staff are nice and some aren't. There's an asian girl in the team that doesn't really care for her job, she's unapproachable. On the other hand, Bruce gave as a friendly and warm welcome. Our room was dirty when we first opened it, the bed sheets were all over the place and there were pigeons inside the room, the beds had poop from the pigeons... when we went downstairs to show the video of the room, one of the girls just laughed and another guy proceeded to change the room, the new room was up to standards.

Está justo en una zona muy peligrosa con muchos drogadictos peligrosos alrededor, hace mucho no me siento tan inseguro en un Barrio. Esto sucede creería que en un radio de 6 cuadras alrededor de la estación de trenes. Donde hay una gran cantidad de alojamientos. Calro es un problema de la ciudad y no del alojamiento.
