not a comfy bed(could feel the spring in the mattress while lying on it), the streets out were busy all night n a lot of hustle bustle in the night.

May be a better bunk beds.

There is a 15 euro minimum for card payments, which can make the city tax or ordering food and drink very difficult. The bar was limited and staff weren't always willing to help, also I was told the pizzas were just frozen then heated up, not worth the 7 euro they cost. The room seemed to be minimally cleaned, and my mattress had a large blood stain on it conveniently hidden by the sheets they put on top, do they really think they can hide it when you are expected to put on and strip the sheets yourself? Location is very sketchy, don't go out after dark especially if you are female or alone. They do give you a warning and a 24h free cancellation period which is appreciated, but instead of calling it the red light district it should be called the drug dealer district, saw needles and people using substances everywhere. It is close to the main station, and walking 5 mins in any direction will get you out of this district thankfully.

Some of the staff are nice and some aren't. There's an asian girl in the team that doesn't really care for her job, she's unapproachable. On the other hand, Bruce gave as a friendly and warm welcome. Our room was dirty when we first opened it, the bed sheets were all over the place and there were pigeons inside the room, the beds had poop from the pigeons... when we went downstairs to show the video of the room, one of the girls just laughed and another guy proceeded to change the room, the new room was up to standards.

I made a reservation for a single room and when I come to Frankfurt I realized that the location is not appropriate for a 19 year-old girl. The customer service did not help me to cancel my reservation.

Está justo en una zona muy peligrosa con muchos drogadictos peligrosos alrededor, hace mucho no me siento tan inseguro en un Barrio. Esto sucede creería que en un radio de 6 cuadras alrededor de la estación de trenes. Donde hay una gran cantidad de alojamientos. Calro es un problema de la ciudad y no del alojamiento.

Bed: bunk beds make sounds and shake whenever you move. My bunk bed pal and I are both small female. You can feel the springs of mattress. Shower: only a curtain as a door. There are no real doors. So… be prepared to see other people naked. Staff: it was always under staff. You need to wait for long time to do everything. Location: not a safe place. (I traveled alone in South America.) if you want to stay here, do NOT go back too late.

the location however this isn’t something which can be fixed. also the fact there’s no curtains on the beds which would have been great especially in mixed dorms

My room was quite small for 6 people. Many homeless and drunk people next to the hostel entrance (well, it's just 200 meters from Center Station, just in the middle of red light district)

Das hat nichts mit gefallen zu tun sondern ist ganz sachlich gemeint, man sollte sich Bewusstsein in welcher Gegend das Hostel ist.

Las camas no son firmes, los camarotes se mueven muchísimo con la persona de arriba. El barrio también es extraño, el hostel está al lado de muchos streaptease, y shows de mujeres, hay gente consumiendo droga en la calle. No quise volver muy tarde en la noche, pero al salir temprano en la mañana había una pelea.

Not the fault of the property, but there is a lot of noise outside. Lots of homeless people, clubs, music... As a female, I felt a.littlw unsafe and wouldn't like to be there alone.
