Had a room to the street. Herad everything and couldn't sleep a minute.... There were no other rooms available....

Dreckige matrazen dreckiges bettzeug , lages des hostels unwürdig direkt in einer protuierten strasse, ständige anmache von damen, kein deutschsprechendes personal, fernseher nicht funktionstüchtig

now a days street is full of drugs trafficking's , vey sad

The neighbourhood next to the train station was not the most pleasant place to stay. The city tax has to be paid only in cash.

Le quartier de l’hôtel est vraiment sale et pas très bien fréquenté, la chambre donne sur la rue et il y’a beaucoup de bruit. Des gens se sont installés dans la chambre à 3h du matin alors que le Check in est censé être fini depuis longtemps… En plus de nous avoir réveillé ils étaient très peu discret.

In a dodgy area but this is made known to you. There are no curtains on the beds so there isn’t a lot of privacy in the rooms.

I think the girl at the reception desk in the morning was a bit stressed, and saying good morning was not very nice, I think it is important because you are starting the day and it would be nice to have a good presence. The bed made noise when moving and the corridors are smelly.

Two of the guys in room snored like they actively fighting demons for every new breath, but the hostel has nothing to do with my personal grievance with these two Brits.

Die Lage im Rotlichtviertel hat leider auch die Konsequenz, dass es auch bzw. vor allem nachts durch die direkt vor dem Haus und in den angrenzenden Straßen liegende Drogenszene durchgehend laut ist. So sind auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen, dann kann man im Hostel auch ruhig schlafen. Diese Lage des Hostels im Rotlichtviertel direkt in Hauptbahnhofsnähe ist es, mit dem das Hostel und die Gäste leben müssen und deshalb wird auch direkt nach Buchung nochmals darauf hingewiesen und man kann sich das nochmals überlegen und kostenlos stornieren. Ein weiterer kleiner Wermutstropfen: Manchmal fällt es dem Personal offenbar schwer richtig zu priorisieren. So erklärt es öfters mal in epischer Länge einem Gast Dinge bzw. beantwortet mehr oder weniger wichtige Fragen zu Ausflugstipps etc., was mit einem Blick aufs Handy auch prima selbstständig beantwortet werden könnte, während sich eine lange Schlange wartender Gäste fürs Check-In gebildet hat. Da wünsche ich mir, dass das Personal mal überlegt, was in dem Falle wichtiger sein könnte und würde erst mal die anreisenden, müden Gäste zu einem Bett verhelfen und dann solche Fragen beantworten, welche sich vermutlich mit etwas Nachdenken oder Eigenrecherche schon in Wohlgefallen aufgelöst haben.

Just the negative thing is it is located in a red light area. Where some people are drunk and may bother you on the weekend.
