Five Elements Hostel

The irritating, worst location I have ever been to. I understand it is located in a brothel area, which I did not know and booking.com has not disclosed the fact before I paid the money. There are always many addicted persons on the street and they keep shouting 24*7. 24*7 ambulance, police and loud siren. The beds were rip-off type. I took six sharing room to save my pocket as I could not bear more but I had to leave within three days. From 1st May till 12th May, I booked but I left without having and return on 4th May early morning. Booking.com and Five Elements have together enjoyed my money.

Not clean Location is bad Bedbugs that I have at home now.... Lots of bites during the night

There were bed bugs in two rooms that I stayed. I got several bites and the guy in the reception gave me another room. But the second room also had bed bugs in a way that I got several tens of bites. The people in the reception seemed to know about the problem, since no one was surprised, when I told them about the bed bugs.

Location was near to the train station but the whole street and area was full of crackheads and drug users. If I knew I wouldn't went there. Shame because the hostel itself was pretty nice.

Bed extremely close to room door. Not enough hooks in dorm to hang clothes. Bathroom not in room. Very heavy door to enter room. Building a little complicated to find dorm rooms. Too many doors to have to open/close. Elevator/lift doesn't announce arrival on the floor. No tactile numbers on lift/elevator buttons.

Klingeln um ins Hostel zu kommen (besser wäre einloggen mit der Karte). Hygiene in den Bädern

Location isn't good, but it's okay.

1) the hostel is located in a neighborhood full of homeless people, drunkards and other not so pleasant people, especially in the evening time. But that might be a plus for those who want more of a local vibe 2) a phone shelf above my bed fell on me and hit my head while I was sleeping!! that's dangerous... so if you opt for this hostel I advise to place your legs and not your head near the shelf when in bed

Lit très inconfortable, bruyant et matelas déformé, casier très lourd et qui tombe (attention aux mains ...), Quartier très proche de la gare mais très très mal fréquenté, sentiment insécurité (badge pour rentrer dans l'auberge et présence d'une personne 24/7)

Area of the hotel but didn't depends on the accomodation unfortunately
