W-Lan funktionierte nicht. Betten schmal und unbequem. Und das erste Hotelzimmer der Welt ohne eine einzige Steckdose!

The shower doesn't work well

The hostel does not provide towels. The heating in the bed room didn't seem to be working well, and the room was often a bit cold. The wifi does not work well on the first floor.

De kamers zagen er somber uit , de gangen leken op fabrieksgangen , de matrassen mogen veranderd worden kortom er is veel werk aan de winkel . De prijs is meer dan dubbel teveel . De keuken was wel goed , alles wat je nodig had om te koken was aanwezig .

Kleiner Schreibtisch statt Sideboard wäre praktischer im Zimmer. Außerdem hätte ich gerne eine Dusche bei der man nicht alle 5sek den Knopf drücken muss, damit das Wasser fließt.

Pour demander de l'aide les gens n'était pas trés polie par exemple y a vait une je lui avait demandé des indication pour la moswué de cologne et elle a fait semblant de parler au télephone a croire que je voulais avoir une discussion avec et une déuxième un monsieur dans le métro il commençait a me parler en allemand alors que je ne parlais que anglais et il a commençait a me pousser...

The water from the tap in the room has a slight smell. And the basin in bathroom is kinda small.

La camera singola si presentava con davvero tanta muffa e polvere in giro. L'unico piccolo armadietto in camera non può essere aperto per colpa di una scarpiera in mezzo (non si può spostare nulla perché la camera è davvero piccola). Non mi sono stati dati gli asciugamani. Il ragazzo alla reception gentile, però non mi ha informata che il giorno dopo il check out avrei dovuto farlo in autonomia, non ho trovato nessuno se non un cartello che diceva di mettere le chiavi in una scatola. L'edificio è sprovvisto di ascensore e io ero al quarto piano e da sola dovevo portare 30kg di bagagli per una scala stretta (non mi è nemmeno stato chiesto se mi servisse aiuto). Ho dovuto fare solo una notte, ma lo sconsiglio per un viaggio più lungo.

The information on the website lied as there is no laundry facilities available. The kitchen was very ill equipped and always dirty. The button for the shower had to be continually pushed down which made it very unpleasant. The staff seemed more concerned about running the bar than being pleasant to the hostel guests.

Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein

Keine Verbesserungswünsche. Es ist genau das, was drauf steht.

Zimmer hat stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen - wenig Ausstattung (kein Föhn)

Für mehr als 70 Euro ohne Frühstück ein viel zu kleines und viel zu einfaches Zimmer. Mini-Bad, Schimmel in der Dusche.

Mold on the wall underneath the window. Way overpriced due to the convention center and Madonna concert.
