One outlet in the room didn’t work - but staff immediately noted this and wrote it down to fix

The showers were somewhat annoying because they had a button which had to be pressed continuously for the water to keep running. There were only few toilets in each floor.

Si bien las camas eran cómodas, las cortinas no cubrían la totalidad, ni de ancho ni largo. Las duchas eran incómodas, el agua salía muy abierta. En las habitaciones no hay lugar para colgar las toallas

Si me hubiera quedado más tiempo, el tener una cocina a disposición sería indispensable para mi.

Las camas cuchetas son muy altas y bastante incómodas para subir y bajar.

The washbasin inside the room, drainage was clogged. I stayed in room 204.

The shower didn't come out well. But it wasn't a big problem. Also, it was a little hot.

Room was boiling hot, not enough ventilation. Doors are heavy and slam shut very noisily in the night.

There are 4 people inside 1 so so small room and unfortunately there is not any privacy area .

It was very noisy at night. It was expensive for a double room without a bathroom in a hostel but I presume it's because it was a Friday night.

Neighborhood of 3 hostels near the train station is noisy, but the windows were nearly soundproof. However, the location is also convenient to transit, so it is a mixed blessing. One cannot prepare or store food here. It’s more hotel than hostel.

No room air conditioning (although my reservation states there should be). Although this is a repeating complain you'll see about munich/europe accomodation in the summer, and i would understand if it was just the place policy due to chilly weather which does not require AC - it's just that there was an integrity issue with what the place promised and the staff reaction - when i asked if it's possible to turn on the AC in my room, at least during the night - I first got a response that they prefer leaving windows open and there is no need to use AC this way. When I answered to the receptionist that my room doesn't have windows - she first didn't know how to answer after she gave her previous automatic solution, she promised they will take care of it and will turn on the AC in my room - which of course didn't happen, and the room was unbearable to sleep it - very hot. Later i noticed that the internal unit in the room is not even connected to anything. Bottom line - i didn't like how the staff tried to get away from my request and questions, that they promised something which wasn't followed, and that the Booking.com details says there is AC which doesn't exist.
