For me, the room for 12 people had no enough space for air circulating.

One shower had a slightly weird smell

the bathroom was outside the room and there was no shared kitchen or fridge. you have to leave your food at reception and they put it in their fridge: you always have to ask for their help.

don't know where to dry or hang my towel. the shower stalls smelled like sewerage, or the showers are not well separated from waste water. no fresh air as showers are in the basement. 3 men sat on the couches outside the women's showers for over 30min, and they smelled like sweat. maybe they were waiting for laundry but it made me uncomfortable.

The rooms were cramped up.

The water from the bathroom started as warm and all of the sudden was very cold. I understand some people take much more time than needed in the shower and that should be managed, but I have fibromyalgia, and after a hard day, the cold water hitting my skin and muscles was just too much. I think at least they should put up a sign to warn people…
