Air conditioning didn't work in my room and it was hot and stuffy. Had to blast the fan and keep the windows open all night, which was annoying because it got noisy outside in the early morning. - Top bunks were hard to get into

A veces, el baño estaba bastante sucio. Yo se que el problema proviene de algunos huéspedes problemáticos, pero deberían pensar en solucionar esto.

1. Keine Möglichkeit, im 3-Bett-Zimmer persönliche Dinge/Wertgegenstände wegzuschließen 2. Kein Handtuch auf Zimmer - Handtuch musste ich extra verlangen und wurde extra berechnet

The room is too hot on summer time that there should be atleast put a FAN on each rooms .One my first Night I could not sleep ,I was very itchy and when I checked the pillow,duvet and bed I have seen bed bugs(Room 515).Past midnight when I have escalated to the receptionist they could not believed that they need even to go to my room and checked it .As a resolution I was transferred to a different room.On this situation I have to be firm with them for me to able for them to resolve any of my concern.

Om det skulle kunna gå att få dörrarna inte låta så mycket när man stänger igen så att man inte stör dem som sover och bättre ventilation i rummet då skulle det bli perfekt
