A veces, el baño estaba bastante sucio. Yo se que el problema proviene de algunos huéspedes problemáticos, pero deberían pensar en solucionar esto.

The room is too hot on summer time that there should be atleast put a FAN on each rooms .One my first Night I could not sleep ,I was very itchy and when I checked the pillow,duvet and bed I have seen bed bugs(Room 515).Past midnight when I have escalated to the receptionist they could not believed that they need even to go to my room and checked it .As a resolution I was transferred to a different room.On this situation I have to be firm with them for me to able for them to resolve any of my concern.

Om det skulle kunna gå att få dörrarna inte låta så mycket när man stänger igen så att man inte stör dem som sover och bättre ventilation i rummet då skulle det bli perfekt

Lo único malo fue que en la habitación que me tocó, di con dos viajeras que no tuvieron respeto por el suenho de los demás que estabamos en la habitación, colocaron una alarma y siguio sonando casi una hora, a pesar de que les dijimos que por favor la apagaran, pero este tipo de situaciones se salen de las manos del hostal, tal vez haciendo un recordatorio amigable por parte del hostal hacia los huespedes puedan evitarse este tipo de situaciones.
