The holders for the showers were broken so had to hold the shower head. Not much privacy when showering, especially for men.

Bad; war durch die anderen Gäste stark verschmutzt

O pior foi a cama. Ela é elevada de dificil acesso. Pessoas com mais de 60 anos ou mais de 70 kilos têm grande dificuldade para subir a escadinha da cama. O quarto é minusculo. Um dos chuveiros estava quebrado.

the showers were oddly placed, there were 2 frosted glass doors for the showers facing each other. 1 toilet . there were no curtains in my room as they were shown in photos as well (this wasn’t a big deal for me)

In der Beschreibung stand nichts davon drin das dass Zimmer 4 qm hat und das die Betten nur über eine steile Leiter zu erreichen war. Unsere Radtaschen haben noch gerade ins Zimmer gepasst

Music in the lobby leaked up to our room and we couldn't sleep all night because of it. It wasn't objectively loud, but in the dead of night when everything else is silent it was a constant obnoxious thumping. You don't need to play music in the lobby ALL NIGHT. There was also a mixup with the keys. The staff did not put our room key in the right spot so when we arrived we couldn't get into our room until they told us to just try all of the keys on our door.

No me gustó que el horario de check in fuese tan estricto y que no pudiese almacenar mis pertenencias mientras tanto para poder aprovechar el día. Lo mismo el día que hice el check out, tuve que llevarme la mochila todo el día porque no me ofrecieron nada para poder almacenarla. Para mí eso es un servicio esencial que cualquier hostel debería de ofrecer. Por otro lado, tan solo había un servicio para todas las mujeres que estábamos en el hostel, lo cual me parece insuficiente. Aunque había un saloncito con mesas para cenar, no había ni siquiera un microondas para calentar algo de comida, no pido una cocina, pero al menos un microondas. En general no recomiendo este hostel.

ho chiesto un cambio di letto e nulla, i bagni solo due per tutti gli ospiti uno donne e uno uomini, piccolissimi. in tre giorni non mi hanno cambiato neppure una volta l'asciugamano. il caffè la mattina almeno potevano evitare di farlo pagare, mentre ad altri ospiti è stato dato gratuitamente. a prenderlo al bar costava poco di più. Capisco che è Fussen. ma rapporto qualità prezzo scarsa.

The shower and bathroom is quite small and cramped. There was no wall attachment for the shower so you had to hold it up yourself to use it or wedge it at the top of the shower. There are no laundry facilities in either of the hostels and it will cost €10 to wash and dry your clothes at the local laundromat.

Da zentrale Lage -am Abend vorallem am WE -eher geräuschvoll von all den Besuchern in der Altstadt.... 8er Zimmer.

Bei unserer Ankunft gab es nur 6 bezogene Betten obwohl wir für 7 Personen gebucht haben. Davon waren zwei Betten extrem verschmutzt! In einem Bett lief dazu ein Tausendfüßler spazieren. Das Bad der Frauen war eine Etage tiefer und stand komplett unter Wasser. Man konnte nicht mal trocken zur Toilette gehen, im Bad der Männer lief ein Waschbecken erst gar nicht ab. Da es keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort gibt haben wir um 22 Uhr auch niemanden mehr Kontaktiert sondern die Missstände am nächsten Morgen per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Statt einer Entschuldigung kamen dann auch noch Ausreden. Trotz der von uns gezeigten Bilder, Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Da das Hostel in der Fußgängerzone liegt muss man das Auto 10 Minuten entfernt parken, gut zu wissen wäre in dem Fall übrigens das der Parkplatz pro Tag 30 Euro kostet.

Das Gemeinschaftsbad, die Ausstattung. Ich hätte mir mehr Reinigung des Bads gewünscht.
