we stayed in the shared dormitory so the price was good but some of the people who you share with are not considerate of noise at late hour. not hostels fault just comes with booking that room.

All was great!

The bathroom and combined shower felt really clean, however it got very wet on the floor and maybe some kind of floor mop would be nice so you can leave the floor nice and tidy after showering

Did not like that the beds were lofted - very hot while sleeping. There were no fans as well to stay cool at night. Would be great if the rooms had some kind of rack to hang things on :).

Don't have kitchen to guests,and need to wait for check in.Had better make a kitchen.

Wäre gut empfehlung,wo man parken könnte. Sonst war alles sehr gut.

Prima.di tutto durante la prenotazione su booking, non era specificato che la stanza queen prenotata presentava un letto a soppalco. Inoltre il pavimento della stanza (molto piccola) non era stata pulita bene trovando ciuffi di capelli...e anche le due poltroncine presenti nella stanza avevano capelli di precedenti turisti. Bagno condiviso tra più persone (solo donne) aveva solamente una postazione water per tutte le ospiti dell'ostello. Dopo segnalazione sono venuti a pulire la stanza il giorno dopo.

Es gab für alle Ladies nur eine Toilette auf dem Flur (dto bei den Gentlemen) und ich hätte gerne wenigsten ein Waschbecken auf der Etage gehabt. Leider hat das WLAN nicht bis auf unser Zimmer gerreicht :-(

Die Waschräume sollten öfter gereinigt werden, wenn das Hostel voll ist. Bei Problemen sollte der Kontakt über die ausgehängte Nummer besser funktionieren und Antworten (zumindest in den angegebenen Kontaktzeiten) relativ direkt kommen. Kleinere Reparaturarbeiten (zb. in den Frauenduschen) wären nötig und sicher schnell gemacht, wenn sich jemand für den Zustand des Hostels verantwortlich fühlen würde.

Missing a little curtain in front of the bunk bed. Light on the bathroom shower area not working. Exhaust in the bathroom stayed on day and night, which I could hear in the bedroom right next to it. No lockers to place luggage after check out. They send a code with a password for the front door by WhatsApp. didn't have mobile internet. I messaged back after I found the wifi password on the door and no one opened after ringing the bell. They didn't message back. Finally someone opened and luckily helped me out. No kitchen, high prices for dorm beds.

Purtroppo la struttura non è dotata di parcheggio, però ce ne sono diversi a pochi minuti a piedi, non abbiamo avuto quindi nessun problema
