Good Location. However a couple of the staff were quite rude. Bedsheets provided were dirty.

Good location. Me and my partner stayed in a king sized capsule which was very comfortable. There was quite a strong unpleasant smell when you enter the room which was helped when people opened the window but it was there everyday, The other problem was the bathroom. The shower didn’t drain, which meant you are stepping into a shower covered in other peoples hair and dirt and showering in it, the bathroom is a bit grim and the floor is always wet because there is nothing to dry the floor with.

Good location of the hostel, you get what you pay for, not too sociable nor helpful ppl around, bed with pubic hairs and cleaning staff throwing the doors at morning so if you’re in the upper bunk you’ll have an earthquake every 2 minutes lol.

Disappointing experience - 6 nights. Issues with their key card system - everyone's key cards deactivated every day many times a day. Had to go downstairs to reception EVERY time. Got locked out of room in the middle of the night. Management unable to resolve problem. Terrible luggage storage system - chain your luggage to a wall. Bad signage/lack of warning from any staff for new year's "6pm cut-off", (we came to collect 6.30pm), so my two expensive padlocks were CUT OPEN by hostel owner! :/

The elevator service isn't great; it sometimes suddenly stops working, forcing you to climb the stairs, which is a real hassle, especially if you're on a high floor. Also, the room key sometimes expires, preventing you from opening the door and requiring you to go back down to the first floor to refresh it, which is also inconvenient. Furthermore, my room didn't have a separate power outlet or light fixture by the bed, meaning you had to compete with your roommate to charge your device. Not good

fantastic place to stay, great atmosphere, music in the evenings (life music) with very good prices of drinks. love it there :)

If i had 1euro for every time my keycard stopped working, i would have been able to pay for my whole 4 night stay with that reward - including the overpriced breakfast! The bathrooms were foul. The shower baths (worst invention) clogged and spat back dirty water, so 30 seconds into your shower you were standing ankle deep in mysterious drain water. FOUL. The kitchen was disgusting. I have never seen this level of filth in my 8 months of travel. Just pay extra and stay elsewhere.

Good place to stay in the town Location is great and super secure I don't undernstad the bad reviews, maybe there were from first time travelers. If you are use to travel, this hostel is all ok The only thing, is that they don't have laundry service But, the give the address of a place, and tha's it! Very wakable and mostly flat if you need to take you carry-on with dirty clothes. The staff is super cool and attentive, the cleaning people are always doing their job very tidy! Good vibe in there

Posto tranquillo, personale accogliente e preciso. l'unico al letto sopra manca la presa e i letti non sono con la trentina, quindi la carente la privacy. Ottimi i bagni sono comodi e puliti.

We loved the location of this place but not very clean. The rooms are very dark and the bedding had holes in it. The showers barely work and the bathrooms are smelly and dirty. Would only recommend for very short stays. Kitchen facilities were okay though and they have nice music playing in reception.

The capsules are not soundproof in the slightest. Not a great social atmosphere as everyone is in their capsules and you don’t really see other people :/

Bathrooms very gross, would avoid them at all costs. People are not friendly and mostly are just on their phones mean mugging you. The staff is very nice on the other hand and did make an effort to make sure we had a good time. Location is good for tourist spots and couple nice bars but definitely not as “Berlin” as I hoped more business-y and touristy

Price quality ratio is good, the capsules are nice albeit badly ventilated. You pay little, so don't expect too much luxury. If you hope to meet new people at your hostel, go somewhere else. It seemed to me that no effort is made to create a social environment. Staff sometimes tries, but there is no programme, no activities, no sociable seating area, nothing.

Je déconseille fortement !! Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h : mon lit n’était pas fait et les draps étaient sales. Je le signale à la réception, on me dit qu’on s’en occupe… Deux heures plus tard, toujours rien. À minuit, on finit par me donner une housse et des draps en me disant de faire le lit moi-même. En changeant les draps, je découvre qu’ils sont pleins de cheveux et de traces de sang. La chambre était dans un état franchement dégoûtant, et la salle de bain n’était pas mieux. Rien n’a été vraiment nett

It was a great stay. Only issue I had was that the lift was not working for two days. I was injured in my leg and climb up the stairs every time. so it was inconvenient. Otherwise it was clean, secure and had welcoming staff.

I stayed there only over night to catch train to another city Zz so I don’t have much to assess or say but the window was not totally closed, keeps open after closing so the temperature in the room was not worm enough for good sleep

Booked a private room, which had a private shower and sink,fortunately, because I would not have been able to use the public ones. Bathrooms were always filthy and reeked of piss. My private shower also had mould which meant the room smelled mouldy, too. There is no noise-proofing so you can hear other people's beds creak through the walls and guests coming in drunk at 3am. All staff but one I spoke to were rude, even saying they were done with the place. I left early after 3 nights of no sleep.

Leider war das Bad super dreckig, es hat sehr nach Urin gerochen und überall waren braune Ränder. War zum Glück nur für eine Nacht da

Good hostel nice staff just random location if your after partying

The hostel itself is ok, the staff wasn’t the friendliest but not rude or anything, not a real social vibe to the place though. My experience was dampened by inconsiderate dorm mates who were loudly talking late at night when people were obviously trying to sleep. Security was good enough to keep non-guests out of the hostel, but we had some people from other rooms come into ours to talk to their friends, etc.

We were on the second floor and the hallway smelled like piss. The bathrooms looked like they were cleaned, but absolutely reeked of piss. I had to hold my breath every time I went in because the smell was strong enough to make me gag. The rooms were fine - not enough outlets. Overhead light barely worked. Keycards constantly stopped working and had to get it fixed three times within my three day stay. Staff was nice. Free coffee and tea were also nice. Overall adequate for the price.

Absolutely lovely! Pods are great and nice to have some privacy and safe place to keep your stuff while still having that hostel vibe. Great location as it’s close to all the hostels so easy to meet more people. Bathrooms are clean and showers are nice. Loved staying there and would definitely go again. Staff. Only thing i’d mention is that you can’t store your key card on the back of your phone and sometimes it just doesn’t work but staff always help and it’s a quick fix.

The staff was great. The room for two people we reserved had shower and sink, as promised, but the shower was in full view from the beds without any courtain or anything, so it was kind awkward to shower with your friend in the room. If there was a courtain or partition between the area with beds and area with sink and shower it would beuch better. Also, if you're a light sleeper, be pretared to involuntary wake up, because everything from hallway can be heard in the room and the beds squeak.

Super emplacement, déco sympa, tout de top pour pas cher ! Bonus spécial pour le café/thé gratuit h24. Je n'ai jamais connu si chouette auberge en Europe ! Choses à améliorer et/ou à savoir : - la musique dans les communs est un peu forte et ce peut être fatiguant (pq pas baisser/couper dans la cuisine ?) - la cuisine est vraiment petite et sous-équipée pour la taille de l'auberge... Mais on voit que l'équipe fait de son mieux - certains lits grincent fort

La atención fue muy fría por parte del personal, fallaba mucho la tarjeta llave, era molesto estar bajando nuevamente cada vez que esto ocurría, el ambiente era muy opaco, faltó más méritos en la limpieza, creo que solo se dedicaban a sacar la basura, lo único bueno del área de estancia fue la música.

die küche war nicht gut ausgestattet, sehr verschmutzt und zum Teil nichtmal funktionsfähig, die Kapselräume bestehen aus circa 15-20 Kapseln und dafür gibt es nicht genug Stauraum und Ablagefläche. Die Kapseln sind jedoch sehr bequem nur nicht so Geräuschunterdrückend wie man es gerne hätte. Man hört alles was draußen passiert und wird davon auch gerne mal morgens wach. Die Mitarbeiter helfen dir gerne, wenn deine Karte mal wieder nicht funktioniert!

a fuir je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement, pas propre, pas très sécurisé pour les femmes, aucun confort à disposition. vous aurez une serviette de toilette par chance s’il en reste. malgré tout le personnel de l’accueil était sympathique mais le reste est à fuir !

Super nettes Personal und gute Lage. Handtücher, Kaffee& Tee umsonst ???? Die Einrichtung ist nur leider (außerhalb der Bar) gar nicht schön und schon heruntergekommen. Die Hochbetten quietschen total, also Ohropax mitbringen!

Hostel had a good location, and metro almost right outside the door. Beds are nice, even though they are noisy: I would recommend some earplugs. The staff in the reception is also very welcoming. The biggest downside with the hostel is the bathrooms. There is no soap in the dispensers, and the bathrooms are dirty. I also had an uncomfortable experience with a man that was staring at me while I was sleeping, so if you are a woman traveling alone, I would choose a female dorm.

Decent hostel. Private pods were comfortable and spacious. Facilities were okay. Bathrooms were a bit messy and didn’t feel clean. Otherwise the hostel felt clean. Value for money was good, comfortable place to stay.

Camas não são ótimas, mas são ok. Lençóis confortáveis e quentes. Quarto pouco arejado. Localização ótima. Falta um sítio silencioso onde dê para descansar, ler ou trabalhar.

Staff were great. The pods are not sound proof, if anyone above you moves at all you hear a loud scratching noise. Are also very hot, I had terrible sleeps because of both. Also my card wouldn't work, had to get it 'fixed' at the front desk 7 times in 2 days. Good staff, good location but wouldn't recommend.

Terrible hostel. Mould inside the room and bed is squeeking all night even for small movements. Staff is super rude. They throw out food without checking your name labels, be careful.

El hostel estaba muy bueno, grande y cómodo, la atención fue buenísima. El bar muy lindo. Sillones cómodos. Pero muy asqueroso el olor a pis de los baños que salía para los pasillos. Si algo me parece importante es la higiene de los baños, y tenía mucho olor a pis.

Bom hostel. Ótima localização! Perto do metrô e trens e podendo caminhar para muitas atrações turísticas. O fato de não ter banheiro no quarto não é um grande problema pois os banheiros ficam próximos e em geral estão limpos. Como hostel cumpre bem ao que se propõe. Eu e meu filho certamente voltaríamos!

La habitación olía bastante feo y apesar de que solicité cambio lamentablemente según el recepcionista no había, pero de resto todo bien, quizá apesar de que alquiles habitaciones para varias personas deberían preocuparse por limpiar un poco más, además un inodoro no servía siendo que habían muchas personas en esa habitación
