La ubicación y el edificio eran bastante buenos.

The location is very good, near the Hauptbahnhof. The tram station is just 1-2 minutes away, and you can easily catch a tram to the Hauptbahnhof. There are many places to eat nearby. The lounge is nice, and they offer free water and fruits, though I didn’t try them. Still, it’s good they provide these for free if someone needs them. The receptionist was friendly. You can leave your luggage if you check in early or need to store it after check-out, but it’s not very secure. The receptionist took my laptop and placed it in a locker, then gave me a token so I could collect it later. This service was free of charge.

The location and some of the workers are nice other than that not much else I liked.

Lo que más me gustó es llegar a recepción y que no me miraran ni a la cara y me tuvieran esperando 15 minutos mientras dos personas dentro hablaban entre ellas con esa simpatía que caracteriza a los alemanes. En la recepción solo estaba yo, aunque fue uno rubio de turno de mañana, luego el resto de personal era mucho más simpático, sabían sonreír al menos.

Tolle Lage. Gute Anbindung mit Öffis. Frühstück okay.

Ficamos num quarto de 2 camas, entao tivemos mais privacidade e conforto em comparação a quem pega os quartos com muitas camas. Também havia um chuveiro dentro do quarto para nós e era muito bom, banheiros em geral eram limpos, e em boa quantidade no andar. O andar era silencioso, ficamos no segundo.

Location, facilities, good vibe.

O lugar é muito bom, bem legal.

Drinks at bar

We booked beds in a 'mega dorm': there were 6 bunkbeds so 12 people, but de room was veryyy spacious and te beds were spread out so it felt really comfortable !! The room was also nice and clean and honestly looked a lot better then the pictures that are on booking to our surprise. We had a room on the top floor and there was a spacious balcony as well even with a view of the tv tower !! -There's 2 bathrooms for everyone in the room, which in enough, but if you want to leave on time consider getting up an hour earlier because there will be a line since the toilet, shower & sink are in one room (x2). - There are sockets in the room but you will need a long cable if you are in a top bunk. There are lockers as well, which you can use with your own padlock (or one rented from the hostel, €10 cash deposit) (if you are taking a padlock with you make sure it is thick enough, because the small ones do not work on the lockers). Towels are not provided (you can rent one though, €10 cash deposit). For bedsheets you also need to pay a €10 cash deposit. - In the common area there was water, coffee & tea provided for free & lots of space to work, hoever there was loud music playing at all times (there is also an outside area without music though). We did not use the kitchen or had breakfast (breakfast is €10 and just did not look worth it). There is also a space to store luggage before checking in, however this did not feel the most safe as it was just chains in the common area to hang your luggage on with a lock. - The location of the hostel was perfect, it is within walking distance of the sightseeings in the center of Berlin and right around the corner there is a metro station to access all parts of Berlin. Its also in or near the area 'mitte' where theres is lots of places to eat out. - Staff was really kind.

Instalaciones cómodas.

Me ha sorprendido lo muy espaciosa y luminosa que era la habitación, muy cómoda. Muchos espacios comunes y amplios.

Really friendly staff.

The location was good, in the center, close to Tram station The breakfast was buffet, they had a lot of vegan options The garden was amazing, people could eat there or just hang out ( a little bit sad that they close it that early)
