The staff are great and patient. The capsules are very clean and perfectly comfortable - they also seem to be pretty soundproof. The bar never seems to shut, there is always free coffee and tea yet it’s quiet and peaceful at nighttime.

Decent stay! Nothing overly fancy but wasn’t terrible. I will say security could go up a notch (like there’s so bag secure room, and anyone could walk into the hostel into the court yard and into the rooms if they wanted), the staff were lovely and nice! And the beds were clean. No towels were included.
It also would’ve been nice if there was more seating maybe in the lobbies of the floors?? Over all nice stay and would stay here again

Völlig überteuertes Zimmer...waren schon in vielen Hostels in Berlin, aber sowas haben wir noch nie gehabt...5 Toiletten inkl. Dusche für 1 Etage mit capsel Zimmern...früh kaum eine Chance zur Toilette zu kommen, Papier ständig alle, Zimmer für 100 Euro für 2 Personen, sogar das Bett musste man selbst beziehen, und früh die schmutzige Wäsche an der Rezeption abgeben - gab es in keinem anderen Hostel, und die haben teilweise weniger gekostet..kein Fernseher im Zimmer....unter reichhaltigen Frühstück verstehe ich etwas anderes...
Teller wurden vom Personal ausgegeben und Müslischalen fürs Frühstück...darin Haare-einfach nur eklig, auch beim überziehen des Bettes, mehr Dreck, Staub und Haare als irgendwas anderes auf dem Bettgestell... absolut nicht zu empfehlen...

Die Kapseln waren im oberen Stockwerk groß und moderner .
Die Bäder sind sehr dreckig und die duschen gehen nur 5 Sekunden an Mann muss öfters drauf drücken

Wir sind sofort am Anreisetag wieder abgereist, wir hatten uns auf den kurz Urlaub gefreut, da wir beide durch unser Krankheit, nicht immer die Möglichkeit haben Urlaub uns zu leisten , wir hatten uns gefreut das wir dies leisten konnten, 139 Euro ist für uns viel Geld, aber was wir da erlebt haben nein danke nie wieder, wir waren immer mit booking immer zufrieden, aber das nein danke, habe noch nicht mal ein Zimmer gesehen, sollten sie mehr wissen wollen können sie mich anrufen 01573 5117104, meine Geld was ich bezahlt habe ist nun weg,

Es war unglaublich dreckig. Die Badezimmer, die Kapseln, einfach alles komplett verdreckt. Toiletten waren verstopft, überall stank es nach Urin und die Zimmer werden nicht sauber gemacht nur die Kapseln werden einmal teilweise ausgesaugt wenn man auscheckt. Ist klar das man nicht viel zahlt aber Alter es war wirklich extrem dreckig.

Die Lage ist perfekt um Berlin zu erkunden, 15 Gehminuten vom Brandenburger Tor entfernt.
Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffee, Tee und Gebäck - Top. Die Schlafplätze sind genial bzw. Außergewöhnlich. Klare Empfehlung und ich werde es gern weiter buchen. Service freundlich und mehrsprachig.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Lage und der Preis waren besonders gut
Es gab im Bad keine Möglichkeit, eine Tasche oder das Zeug an einen Haken zu hängen. An der Dusche ist das Wasser stark rausgetreten beim duschen und hat schnell den Flur überschwemmt. Es gab auch kein Shampoo/Seife im Bad- was man bei diesem günstigen Preis wahrscheinlich auch nicht erwarten kann. Am Bett oben gab es keine Steckdosen zum Aufladen vom Handy.

La capsula era comoda e fornita di lenzuola, federe, ventilazione, caricatori e luce. Anche i bagni sono comodi poiché sono delle “stanzine” contenenti wc, lavandino e doccia. La cosa che non mi ha convinta moltissimo è la cucina che mi è sembrata un po’ sporca, ed il giardino molto aggredibile da chiunque. Un’altra pecca secondo me è il costo di 50€ se vengono sporcate le lenzuola/federe/copriletto ecc….mi è sembrato un po’ esagerato. Per il resto la struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione

The location was great, and the common room was spacious and comfy. But the key card repeatedly didn't work and we had to go to the reception to get it set again.
There were many bathrooms, but all of them disgustingly dirty all the time :(
The room had rubbish under the beds and not all of the beds in the room had electric socket or a lamp next to them. It should be all or none, otherwise it's just not fair. But the mattress was comfy and blanket warm.

Good location. Me and my partner stayed in a king sized capsule which was very comfortable.
There was quite a strong unpleasant smell when you enter the room which was helped when people opened the window but it was there everyday,
The other problem was the bathroom. The shower didn’t drain, which meant you are stepping into a shower covered in other peoples hair and dirt and showering in it, the bathroom is a bit grim and the floor is always wet because there is nothing to dry the floor with.

Good location of the hostel, you get what you pay for, not too sociable nor helpful ppl around, bed with pubic hairs and cleaning staff throwing the doors at morning so if you’re in the upper bunk you’ll have an earthquake every 2 minutes lol.

Disappointing experience - 6 nights. Issues with their key card system - everyone's key cards deactivated every day many times a day. Had to go downstairs to reception EVERY time. Got locked out of room in the middle of the night. Management unable to resolve problem. Terrible luggage storage system - chain your luggage to a wall. Bad signage/lack of warning from any staff for new year's "6pm cut-off", (we came to collect 6.30pm), so my two expensive padlocks were CUT OPEN by hostel owner! :/

The elevator service isn't great; it sometimes suddenly stops working, forcing you to climb the stairs, which is a real hassle, especially if you're on a high floor. Also, the room key sometimes expires, preventing you from opening the door and requiring you to go back down to the first floor to refresh it, which is also inconvenient. Furthermore, my room didn't have a separate power outlet or light fixture by the bed, meaning you had to compete with your roommate to charge your device. Not good

If i had 1euro for every time my keycard stopped working, i would have been able to pay for my whole 4 night stay with that reward - including the overpriced breakfast! The bathrooms were foul. The shower baths (worst invention) clogged and spat back dirty water, so 30 seconds into your shower you were standing ankle deep in mysterious drain water. FOUL. The kitchen was disgusting. I have never seen this level of filth in my 8 months of travel. Just pay extra and stay elsewhere.

Good place to stay in the town Location is great and super secure
I don't undernstad the bad reviews, maybe there were from first time travelers. If you are use to travel, this hostel is all ok
The only thing, is that they don't have laundry service But, the give the address of a place, and tha's it! Very wakable and mostly flat if you need to take you carry-on with dirty clothes. The staff is super cool and attentive, the cleaning people are always doing their job very tidy!

We loved the location of this place but not very clean. The rooms are very dark and the bedding had holes in it. The showers barely work and the bathrooms are smelly and dirty. Would only recommend for very short stays. Kitchen facilities were okay though and they have nice music playing in reception.

Bathrooms very gross, would avoid them at all costs. People are not friendly and mostly are just on their phones mean mugging you. The staff is very nice on the other hand and did make an effort to make sure we had a good time. Location is good for tourist spots and couple nice bars but definitely not as “Berlin” as I hoped more business-y and touristy

Price quality ratio is good, the capsules are nice albeit badly ventilated. You pay little, so don't expect too much luxury. If you hope to meet new people at your hostel, go somewhere else. It seemed to me that no effort is made to create a social environment. Staff sometimes tries, but there is no programme, no activities, no sociable seating area, nothing.

Je déconseille fortement !!
Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h : mon lit n’était pas fait et les draps étaient sales. Je le signale à la réception, on me dit qu’on s’en occupe… Deux heures plus tard, toujours rien. À minuit, on finit par me donner une housse et des draps en me disant de faire le lit moi-même.
En changeant les draps, je découvre qu’ils sont pleins de cheveux et de traces de sang. La chambre était dans un état franchement dégoûtant, et la salle de bain n’était pas mieux. Rien n’a été vraiment nett

It was a great stay. Only issue I had was that the lift was not working for two days. I was injured in my leg and climb up the stairs every time. so it was inconvenient.
Otherwise it was clean, secure and had welcoming staff.

I stayed there only over night to catch train to another city Zz so I don’t have much to assess or say but the window was not totally closed, keeps open after closing so the temperature in the room was not worm enough for good sleep

Booked a private room, which had a private shower and sink,fortunately, because I would not have been able to use the public ones. Bathrooms were always filthy and reeked of piss. My private shower also had mould which meant the room smelled mouldy, too. There is no noise-proofing so you can hear other people's beds creak through the walls and guests coming in drunk at 3am. All staff but one I spoke to were rude, even saying they were done with the place. I left early after 3 nights of no sleep.

The hostel itself is ok, the staff wasn’t the friendliest but not rude or anything, not a real social vibe to the place though. My experience was dampened by inconsiderate dorm mates who were loudly talking late at night when people were obviously trying to sleep. Security was good enough to keep non-guests out of the hostel, but we had some people from other rooms come into ours to talk to their friends, etc.
