Heart Of Gold Hostel

La habitacion compartida era muy ruidosa, imposible dormir con el ruido de las camas, sin persianas o cortinas con lo que habia mucha luz. Las sabanas tenian manchas. El baño estaba pegado a la habitacion y no estaba cerrado al completo con lo cual se oía todo. Pocas taquillas y muy pequeñas, no habia una taquilla por cama.

too many people in one room, some snored really loud, everytime someone moved in bed, they made noise, couldn't really sleep, they should controle people are not loud and make signs

El staff podría ser más amable. No nos dieron todas las indicaciones. - Las camas suenan mucho al moverse. - Se podría mejorar el aseo de los baños.

A cama fazia bastante barulho com qualquer movimento.

Rooms need to have air conditioning; it gets way too hot in the summer

There were no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. There was no electrical outlet next to the beds. The hostel must emphasize to the travelers what are the etiquettes of staying in the hostel. A roommate turned on the light at 3:00 AM and was busy with his work.

There is no lock for locker.

Because of a private emergency I was unable to attend at the hostel. Days before I contacted them just to align on a cancellastion and ask for a possibility to get at least a partial refund. They told I should request it via the official menu just to immidiately refuse my official request. As a customer I fell betrayed.

Camas muy incómodas, y se escucha mucho ruido en los pasillos por la noche. El baño a veces no estaba disponible y eso era incómodo.
