The access card never worked and required countless trips to the reception. Noisy roommates and zero enforcement of noise rules by the hostel.

The premise for the 24 people is spacious but there's no way to get fresh air except for a very little opening of one window close to the ceiling. It was very noisy sometimes - loudly speaking people with no respect for the others, but this is not the hostel's fault. Some people are simply missing the first 7 years/ have no manners and sometimes it was a bit too much when they were marching through our bedroom. For the two dorms /about 42 people/ they could have more bathrooms and restrooms but some days not all the beds were sold out so it was not so bad.

Manque de respect de certains clients dans les dortoirs. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement, cependant depuis quelques années on remarque un manque de respect grandissant. Parler au téléphone quand tout le monde dort, c'est non! Ouvrir les lumières à 4h du matin pour faire sa valise, c'est non!

Leider geht aus der Booking.com Beschreibung nicht hervor, daß die Mitarbeiter der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig sind. Beim Check In wurde man gebeten Englisch zu sprechen, zum Frühstück mußte auf Englisch nach einem Teller gefragt werden und auch beim Check Out "Good Bye" statt "Auf Wiedersehen". Wenn man bedenkt das einst in vielen Bundesländern nur Deutsch + Russisch unterrichtet wurde und das Heart of Gold in OST Berlin steht, wirkt es schon "kurios", keinen Ansprechpartner mit Landessprache vor zu finden...

La limpieza y condiciones de los baños no eran los mejores. Muchos hongos, los baños no olían bien y no se notaban limpios. En algunos baños, faltaba la regadera y el agua salía directo de la cañería del muro. Además, las camas podrían ser mucho más cómodas (nos quedamos en una habitación para cuatro personas. Dos camas individuales y un camarote.

Die Gäste müssen ihr Bett selbst beziehen. Die Betten sind alt und stahlartig. Man hat eine Dusche im Zimmer mit einer durchsichtigen Tür und die Toilette ist draußen im Flur.

The room for 4 people was not big enough for all guest and the first bed was next to the door, which makes is extremely difficult to not bother the person on it entering the room. There is no small light next to the bed and lack of power outlets. The water from the shower lasts just 5 seconds and you have to push it again and again if you want proper shower.
