Heart Of Gold Hostel

The place shouldn´t even be enabled for tourism. And the people in charge of the hostel are not only rude but makes you spend the less time possible in the Hostel. No social ambient, closes the kitchen way too early, don´t allow you to bring your own goods, so you have to pay them, I don´t know why they say they have a kitchen. And I´m being good enough with them.

De bedden, het schionmaken van de gezamenlijke wc en badkamer en de prive badkamer, verschonen handdoeken, lawaaierig bij tijden, muziek in de lobby hard, personeel is vriendelijk maar doet geen moeite, ontbijt duur in vergelijking tot omringende cafees.

In the double room there is no wardrobe, bench or table to put things or clothes.

Frühstück könnte besser sein

Not the responsibility of the place but the guests were very hard to deal with. I barely could sleep and knowing it is a mixed dorm, I would still appreciate if there were some dressing norms so girls could feel more comfortable not having to deal with almost naked men. Also some kind of enforcement of the hostel rules.

Os outros hóspedes não respeitam o horário de silêncio. Tinham pessoas cantando pelos corredores, ouvindo música nos quartos, conversando até altas horas. Não me incomodou, mas poderia incomodar pessoas que possuem sono leve ou esperavam um descanso em silêncio. Eu voltaria a me hospedar mesmo assim, mas é algo que a gestão do hostel poderia trabalhar para melhorar, já que possui um espaço para socialização noturna.

I was simply not impressed. information provided on booking.com was simply misleading. I don’t think I will be using it again.

Would have liked hand soap, hand towels and towels. Also would have liked the window to be fully covered by curtains.

Only the light that enters the room. At 5 the sun rises and hits you in the face.

There is no soap in the shared bathrooms. The ensuite shower in the twin room is a bit uncomfortable because the shower is in the room and also transparent. So the concept is not very clear (which is the target group of ghe twin room?).

Pas de prises proches des lits en hauteur pas de rideau qui cachent la lumière donc réveil à 5h30 par la lumière du jour… douche pas en état à mon étage établissement sympas mais pas propice aux rencontres
