Sehr hellhörig. Ständiges zuknallen der Zimmertüren. Sehr laut, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken!

Keine Gemeinschaftsküche; Flure sind hellhörig und Türen schließen sehr laut, selbst in den Zimmern mit wenigen Mitbewohnern Schlaf zu finden ist sehr schwer möglich

It wasn't clean in the showers and not a social hostel.

Die Ausstattungen des Zimmers: Gab's weder Tischlampen noch Steckdosen am/neben den Betten. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattungen der Toiletten und Duschen waren sehr mangelhaft.

Faltan enchufes en las habitaciones. Me tocó cucheta arriba y no tenía modo de cargar mi celular

Very noisy don't expect a good sleep, people running through the halls and making lots of noise until all hours, wooden floors throughout the hallways also transfer a lot of noise, its a party hostel in the hallways, some people don't respect others.

La iluminación de la habitación, la almohada que era demasiado blanca y el colchón incómodo.

The receptionist claimed that the rooms are all full when I asked if I could extend even though I ca n see online that they have multiple options available. Not sure why he decided to say that.

Las almohadas eran muy incomodas, desayuno muy sencillo y que las habitaciones que tienen ducha deberían tener las toallas.

Das mein in meinen Zimmer das Fenster nicht öffnen weil es defekt war und es war denen auch total egal

La atención del personal. Reserve por 3 noches y tuve que hacer check in y check out todos los días porque no tenían disponibilidad en la habitación que había reservado. Cuando les dije que el problema de disponibilidad no era mi responsabilidad y que ellos deberían garantizarle a los huéspedes que puedan permanecer en la misma habitación, el chico de recepción me dijo que eso no era responsabilidad de ellos ???? Un desastre de organización, no volvería!
