El enchufe no estaba cerca de la cama. Solo eso.

Las camas en las que personalmente pase mis 2 noches son muy ruidosas, es decir no te podías mover en la cama sin hacer ruido o que las otras personas estuvieran durmiendo y de repente quieres ir al baño y todos te escuchan, igual son muy cómodas

Betten quietschen, Vorhänge sind nicht ausreichend, zu wenig Bäder- evtl ein Spiegel im Zimmer und/oder ein kleines Waschbecken wär cool

Beds are not comfortable, almost impossible to sleep. Toilets were not clean and the showers had mold

Die Decken die wir benutzt haben durften wir nicht zum Wäschekorb dazugeben und uns wurden nicht die Informatione über die Serviceleistungen erklärt.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, sia per quanto riguarda la stanza sia per gli odori che arrivano dal materasso e dai cuscini (i cuscini vanno decisamente cambiati). Nella mia stanza ho trovato il letto non fatto e ho dovuto provvedere io a mettere le lenzuola, non c'erano nemmeno gli asciugamani e ho dovuto richiederli alla reception. Bisogna inoltre migliorare l'insonorizzazione: essendo un ostello, capita di trovarsi nello stesso piano con delle camerate che possono essere molto rumorose.

I will note a few inconveniences. 1. For tourists like me, who had their first experience of staying in a hostel, the staff upon check-in did not offer a towel. I decided to ask for a towel myself. 2. The opportunity to drink coffee and tea without paying was also not announced. Again I had to clarify. 3. The same problem with free wi-fi. It was not suggested to use this type of Internet. You had to guess about everything and ask at the reception.

El lugar no estaba limpio

The approach is absolutely inhuman and unmindful of the guests.

The matress was dirty and old, and my bed did not have a bottom sheet and towel prepared so I had to ask reception for these.

La propreté des douches(mur/pommeau) et le jet qui se coupe toutes les 10 sec, je pense qu'on pourrait augmenter le délais avant que ça se coupe.
