The staff was great and friendly. Check in went smooth, I got all the information I needed.
The room was honestly a disaster and looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. I had an old air matress which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Someone random slept in the shared kitchen all 4 nights I stayed there.

A 10 minutes à pied d’un arrêt de métro qui est directement relié à Alexanderplatz. Pas mal de bars et de restaurants avec des prix abordables dans les alentours.
Le parquet grince et l’appartement donne l’impression d’être dans un régime communiste des années 80.

Reppureissaajille oikein mukava majoitus. Huoneet siistit, hinta-laatusuhde mainio, hyvä sänky, hiljainen ja viihtyisä alue. Jos ei odota erikoisuuksia ja luksusta, tämä on juuri sopiva paikka. Kulkuyhteydet olivat hyvät.

Tolle Lage, mein Zug hatte ordentlich Verspätung, aber nach der langen Anreise bin ich die gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß gegangen und das hat gut getan!
Ich war durchwegs zufrieden mit dem Angebot und der Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals!

The property had good access to transit stops, and I had enough beds for all of us.

The location is great!
The price is very low, obviously you can't expect very much for that price.
Only 1 toilet and 2 showers for several dorms. No toilet paper, no space in the shower to leave your clothes dry. Nor any dry space for the feet.
No towels provided.
And most importantly: no female-only dorms! This really is a security issue.

Excellent location, comfortable . staff very nice. Close to transport and amenities.
Lack of ventilation in bathroom. No lift, difficult for someone with mobility issues. Otherwise excellent.

Das Zimmer war falsch gewählt. Die Leute kamen mehrmals in der Nacht an. Sie waren sehr rücksichtslos. Ich konnte in dieser Nacht kein Auge zu tun. Das nächste Mal würde ich mir ein Einzelzimmer nehmen. Gruß Monika

It was clean and comfortable, lovely courtyard in a great area. Lovely staff, super helpful and friendly.
A bit far from the city centre but with germany’s excellent public transport it won’t be a problem at all!

Buena ubicación, a tres paradas en metro de Alexanderplatz. Además el alojamiento se encuentra en una zona con bastantes bares y ambiente por la noche y mercado por la mañana. Facilidad en el check in. Taquillas grandes y candados.

Gute Lage nahe der Tramstationen 'Raumerstr.' [12] (> Friedrichstr.) und 'Husemannstr' [M10] (> Berlin Hauptbahnhof), die in gut 15min an das jeweilige Wunschziel führen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Berliner Verhältnisse sehr gut.
Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Toilette/Dusche im Raum. Trotz vier Nächten wurde das Zimmer gar nicht geputzt, der Abfalleimer nie geleert. – Wirklich problematisch ist jedoch lediglich die Internetgeschwindigkeit: viel zu langsam, mal funktioniert es, mal nicht, selbst normales arbeiten (und erst recht streamen) kann man damit vergessen. Dieser letzte Wermutstropfen liesse sich einfach beheben und würde die Unterkunft stark aufwerten.

Sehr flexibles und kooperatives Personal, sehr bei der Sache. (ich konnte unkompliziert das Zimmer wechseln) - Es gibt eine Küche, in der man sich auch aufhalten kann - Die Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank wird mit Papiertüten dem jeweil. Gast zugeordnet, womit unbemerkter Diebstahl verhindert wird.
Zimmernachbarn, die auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung keine Ruhe geben. (Der wohnungslose Zimmernachbar hat daraufhin sogar mitten in der Nacht die Unterkunft verlassen!) - Eine durchgelegene Matratze und die furchtbar quietschenden Metall-Stockbetten. - Zu wenig Stühle in den Zimmern (es müssen nicht fünf sein, aber ein oder zwei mehr wären nicht schlecht.) - Null (!) Ablage im Oberbett. (Wohin mit meiner Brille?!)
