It could be cleaner in the rooms. Some cleaning equipment on the equipment (we did not have but did not ask for it). Quality of rooms average but for the price it is good!

Me and my friend stayed in a dorm room with 5 beds. The bunk bed was super noisy, so every time one would move, the other would wake up. :( There were not many outlets in the room and they were not all close to the beds, so it was hard to charge our devices. The lockers were spacious, but try to bring a big lock to use with it, otherwise it might not lock the door properly. The shared showers didn't really have a place to put dry clothes, etc. One toilet didn't have a lock, so there was pretty much one toilet for 3 or 4 dorm rooms...

Doppelbett zu klein, aber für 1,2 Nächte okay. Für 4 gebucht und nur das Doppelbett war bezogen, die anderen beiden Sofabetten mussten wir selbst beziehen

The beds are very uncomfortable, it's very dirty, there is one toilet for all the people on the floor, strange smells all over the building, staff not very friendly

I appreciated there being a kitchen, especially a fridge, but I didn't want to spend a lot of time in there or cook because of the odd odor and state of the cookware.

Los edificios son viejos y no tienen ascensores, si te toca en un piso alto tendras que subir muchas escaleras, tener en cuenta esto si se requiere fácil acceso o se tiene algun impedimento fisico, sin embargo, el anuncio era claro desde el pricipio y sabiamos que esperar, asi que no fue un problema.

Tiny spaces, no night lamps in beds, no charging possibilities in the over beds and very limited in down beds, too. The beds were squeezing like animals with every smallest movement. The mattresses were with some kind of plastic cover – so slippery that the sheets didn't stay at all over them. Only 2 tiny showers for more than 30 people: the floors were flooding water until the rooms every morning. Common room was dirty, small and was located in another building. So the people were hanging around with their friends in the dorm room, even when others were sleeping. For this price I have seen many far more better hostels!

The room is very worn and could do with updating. The kitchen facilities are basic and needs new glasses, plates etc. There was no bottle opener. The bed was quite uncomfortable to get in and out of as it was sunken into a strange wooden base that banged against your legs.

Es gibt nur eine Toilette für mehrere Schlafsäle. Als ich da war war das kein großes Problem, aber bei höherer Auslastung könnte das schwierig werden.

Am morgen wird es ziemlich laut, ob es nun die Kinder von den Anwohnern sind, die die Treppe runterspringen, oder wenn Beutelweise Flaschen in den Container geworfen werden...

Nada, todo fue perfecto pero quizá, eso de que el servicio de limpieza entre a la habitación a su gusto se podría mejorar. Quizá, con carteles en la puerta o cualquier cosa.

Would like it to be cleaner, especially the kitchen and the bathrooms. No coffee or tea in the kitchen (not a big deal but was promised they have it), WiFi was quite slow.

The showers are a bit small and difficult to change in. Even for me and I'm a small person.
