The location is cool, the price too. But the quality is horrifiying, my bad I was hoping to get a better one for this price.
The bed in the room was super dirty, damaged by dozens of handwritings made with pen and markers which made me feel like sleeping under the bridge)
Walls have prints of dirt all over the room. Generally paint is falling apart and the smell of dirty bodies is all over the place.
At night drunk someones were yalling at the kitchen next door and no one stopped them from even staying sleeping there, spreading horrible smell around)
I was trying to do not touch things in the hostel as everything seemed to be so unclean.

Gute Lage, nicht weit zum Alex, saubere FeWo, Küche mit guter Ausstattung, sauber gewesen
Nicht alle Betten waren bezogen, obwohl man ja weiß wie viele Personen kommen, 1 Kissenbezug hatte gefehlt, Bilder haben nicht ganz gestimmt, zumindest sind scheinbar nicht alle Wohnungen gleich (auf den Bildern war vor der Küche ein Doppelschlafsofa, vor Ort hatten wir hier nur ein Einzelbett)

Easy check-in.
Small park near the hostel with “pirate ship” for the kids.
White and clean bed sheets and towels.
Heating that you may easy adjust yourself.
Private kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils.
Rooms definitely need renovation, furniture and kitchen equipment are old, but everything worked just perfectly. So for the hostel it is fine.
‘Talking’ floors.
It would be nice to have more hooks near the entrance or small shelf for scarves and hats and for children coats.

Las mantas un poco finas y son de una plaza. Para una pareja estaría bien un edredón doble. Y quizá un secador de pelo, hacía demasiado frío para salir con el cabello mojado

The hostel's central location is its biggest advantage, being within a 5 to 10-minute walk to multiple metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
The apartment itself was quite spacious, featuring a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen with basic amenities, and a bathroom. The room I stayed in was on the third floor, and while there wasn't a lift, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the prompt response when I requested an iron.
The hostel offers great value for money, given its location and the size of the accommodations. It's a solid choice for those looking for a centrally located place to stay in Berlin without breaking the bank.
The most significant issue was the heating system, which didn't seem to function effectively, leaving the rooms quite cold. This might be something for the hostel to improve upon, especially during colder months.

Amazing location
Hot water didn’t work at night (and sometimes the heating too) - I understand that it’s probably controlled centrally to save energy but they should inform you about it beforehand
One of the windows couldn’t be opened
Some of the kitchen equipment and utensils were dirty but that’s previous guests’ fault, not the hostel’s

Room was very big with 2 double beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. an extra duvet was also available which was good as it was cold.
double sized duvets would have been better as we only had single size each for a double sized bed.

Très calme, accès rapide à la U Bahn, au coeur de Prenzlauer Berg, le studio était spacieux et fonctionnel pour 2. Bon rapport qualité-prix!
Les communs mériteraient un coup de rajeunissement, mais finalement en l'état ça a son charme.

berall hat es nach graß gerochen, .an konnte keine Frauen Zimmer buchen bei denn gemischten zimmern, alles war total unsauber und unhygienisch, da war ein Loch in meiner madratzen aufzug, der Biden total dreckig, duschen Silikon hat schon geschimmelt, trotz Vorhang hat man das ganze Badezimmer überflutet, keine wirklichen schränke für großes Gepäck so das man Angst hat es wird einem was geklaut.

Cool design, included in the price linen for the bed, lockers, and a lot of smol sights that remaining about rules, that was good tome. I honestly was surprised to have a sink in the room, which was good to have. Perfect for one night or longer staying in Berlin
Unfortunately, there was a little bit not enough light in the room near the mirror. Just if you want to put on makeup, you need to be creative. It doesn't make room less comfortable or worse

The private room had basically everything we needed in a prime location and the sheets were clean
The cleanliness of the room. Dirty floor in corners and under the bed, dusty pots/pans in the kitchen, small moldy bits in the shower, the bathroom smelled weird.
