Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es ist allerdings auch wegen der vielen "Zaungäste" am Wasser sowie den Schiffen auf der Spree sehr laut ... In den Kabinen ist es zudem im Sommer sehr heiß ... Wem Lärm und Hitze indes nichts ausmacht, ist hier goldrichtig ...

The apartment is amazing - big and spacious and view directly to the river, sunrise and sunset.

La posizione, proprio davanti alla galleria del muro di Berlino, la vicinanza ai mezzi e ad un centro commerciale. La possibilità di avere caffè e acqua a disposizione nella lounge. Buona la pulizia!

Die Location ist einzigartig und es war alles sehr sauber

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great location. Plenty of food and drink options nearby and handy access to public transport.

I loved the river view, as well as the possibility to spend time on the deck. The beds were comfortable and there wasn't much noise from the street (the facility warned us before coming that it could be noisy at night due to the location in a party district), maybe because our room was from the side of the river. In the mornings there was free coffee in the reception, which we also enjoyed. The crew was friendly and the stay was really nice. Our room was clean, too. It's a great and interesting place to stay, I really recommend it!

Super emplacement pour vivre l’âme festive de Berlin.

Extremely friendly staff, i'm a difficult sleeper and I was a bit worried about my sleep in the middle of berlin, but to be honest I had the best sleep ! Would stay here again !!

La amabilidad del personal. Muy limpio y buenas vistas. Llegamos a dejar el equipaje pero como nos vieron muy cansados y nuestra habitación estaba limpia pudimos hacer check-in early y pudimos descansar

Proches de tout commerces, bars et restaurants, le personnel est sympa et propose beaucoup d’objets gratuitement si nous en avons besoin, comme des brosses a dents, sèche-cheveux, dentifrice.

Die Lage, die Nähe zur Veranstaltung zur Berliner Mauer und zu der tollen Brücke und dass es etwas anderes war, fande ich super. Auch dass das Boot eine Möglichkeit bot, draußen zu sitzen war traumhaft und dass sich die Bullaugen öffnen ließen.
