Eastern Comfort Hostel Boat

I just needed somewhere cheap for the night and close to Ostbahnhof for an early start in the morning. I chose the basic cheaper option with shared facilities which were fine for a night although if I was staying longer I'd probably choose the ensuite. The night I was there I found it very peaceful and had the window open for some air, and was still very cosy. The room was basic, used and spacy, but quirky with it and clean. Bed was a double and perfectly comfortable. I did not expect much but was pleasantly suprised, I think the place undersells itself.

The view is truly amazing and the price is very reasonable for the experience. The room is modest but comfortable. Shared bathrooms are ok when you wake up with this wiew !

Beliggenheden og hele konceptet med at bo på en båd. Der var rent, og personalet var meget, meget imødekommende !

Blick aus dem Bett auf die Spree! Liegt direkt im Korridor zwischen Friedrichshain und Kreuzberg (SO 36). Spartanisch eingerichtet, aber voll gemütlich.

Sehr gute Lage. Man kann gemütlich die Mauer entlang laufen, die Mercedes Benz Arena sowie ein Einkauszentrum sind in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

direkt am Fluss gelegen; keine langen Wege zur ÖPNV; das Personal sehr freundlich und kommunikativ.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während des Aufenhalt betreut. Die Lage ist natürlich super, alles in de Nähe, Mall, Mercedes Benz Arena, S und U-Bahn, Mauer, Kneipen

Außergewöhnliche Lage am Spreeufer vor der East Side-Gallery. Trotzdem sehr bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Schöne helle "Kabine" auf dem Hauptdeck - Fenster aufmachen und man ist (beinahe) mit den Füßen in der Spree. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende, auch zu etwas späterer Stunde. Gut geeignet, um Berlin für ein paar Tage zu erkunden.

La experiencia de dormir en un bote sobre el río Spree, la ubicación dentro de la ciudad (a mi personalmente me gusta esa zona de Berlin) y la hermosa vista al Oberbaumbrucke. El personal, todos muy amables y gentiles, especialmente de G que siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Al llegar, nos dieron una habitación muy grande en el segundo bote, era una habitación familiar con dos cuartos. Por el tipo de alojamiento pensé que tal vez habría más ruido, gente de fiesta y cosas así, pero en realidad es un lugar muy tranquilo y pudimos dormir bien.

Sehr nettes Hostel, tolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre Kajüten sind schlicht, bieten aber alles, was man braucht Team sehr freundlich, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben

Good place to explore the city, the view to the Spree is amazing as well. Plus point for the kindest crew.

Toll gelegen, bei Kabine zum Wasser toller Ausblick, vom Ost Bhf fußläufig erreichbar und unser liebstes Koeeanisches Restaurant ist lediglich 5 Minuten entfernt!

It is what it is. A boat with a number of cabins. In mine there was a bed and a stool, period. Toilet and shower one flight above. So if you don't mind roughing it a bit, it works.
