Eastern Comfort Hostel Boat

Charme der 70er, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmig, Personal sehr freundlich, Atmosphäre top, Dachterrasse super, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee. Solarzellen auf dem Dach für Strom und Warmwasser, Windturbinen für Strom, eine Wärmepumpe und noch mehr… tolles ökologisches Konzept!

Das Eastern & Western Berlin Boat liegt an der East Side Gallery. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Mein Zimmer hatte Blick zum Wasser. Das war etwas ganz besonderes - so mitten in Berlin.

La posizione perfetta a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana e davanti alla East Gallery.

Locatie

bernachtung mit Charme. Kein Vergleich zu den vielen neuen Hoteltempeln in der Stadt. Selten so gut geschlafen. Ein "Wasserbett" der besonderen Art und direkt im Leben, mit Blick auf die Oberbaumbrücke. Auch 2. Klasse mit Landblick war prima.

El trato del personal fue sobresaliente. Su inglés era nativo y fueron muy amables pero es que además cuando les necesité (sufrí una enfermedad) fueron sobresalientes y dieron todo de su parte para hacerme la vida más fácil. Eternamente agradecido. Además la ubicación es ideal. Estás entre la historia del muro de Berlín (East Side Gallerie) y el restaurante que fundaron en unos aseos públicos (Burgermeinster) para el mundial de Alemania.

Es war ein super Ausblick und eine tolle Lage.

Habe wunderbar in einer geräumigen Kabine mit Blick auf die Spree geschlafen.

Posizione ottima e l'aspetto unico dell'hotel

Great location. U/S Bahn station 10 minutes walk away, supermarket 5 minutes and other places to eat/drink less than that. Easy to travel to and from the airpot. It's opposite the East Side Gallery which can get noisy at night, if you book in advance and ask aim to secure a waterside cabin. I slept really well but take earplugs and an eye mask. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning most welcome.

Special place in a very nice and lively part of Berlin. Staff very friendly and helpful, they also provided information about the neighborhood. Comfortable bed and neat room.

You cannot find a second place like this hostel! The location is very good “on” the river Spree, in front of the sightseeing spot East-Side-Gallery of Berlin wall, and nearby tram/U-Bahn/S-Bahn station. And the staff are very friendly

Lage.Personal

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, das Boot ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem die Badezimmer sehr beengt. Für einen Wochenendtrip empfehlenswert, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir was anderes suchen!
