Lollis Homestay Hostel

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes gemütliches Hostel, mit total freundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Es werden regelmäßig durch Volunteers Gruppenaktivitäten geplant, u.a. wird Sonntag Abends für alle Gäste kostenloses Essen gekocht. Die Zimmer und die waren okay, nichts besonderes. Das Bad ist auch in Ordnung, es gibt Einzel Duschen mit Trennwänden in einem großen Badezimmer nur für Frauen. Zum Duschen reicht es. Das Hostel überzeugt durch die Super Lage in der Dresdner Neustadt und die gemütliche Deko.

Favourite hostel I’ve stayed in so far. Lovely staff and events. Good social atmosphere with games available. A wall with suggestions on walking routes in the city and great instructions for hikes in the Saxon Switzerland National park. Really nice, homely place.

Very homely, communal atmosphere with kind, informative staff. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back stay.

Confused by high ratings. Only place in all my travels where they hand you the linen to put on the bed yourself... Lacks service and website is severely outdated to what they say the offer and provide. And on the expensive side and staff aren't very helpful. Also, place wreaks of weed. The rooms, hallways, and bathrooms all stink of it. Maybe try elsewhere in Dresden.

Had a lovely experience a month ago staying at Lollis Homestay in Dresden. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The decor in the rooms were more like a conventional hostel rather than the commonly found commercial ones. Washrooms were clean.

Great location. Very small but cozy hostel. Staff is amazing and just good environment all around. Highly recommend.

You cannot say anything else about that hostel besides: lovely :D The staff is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is great (you will immediately make friends) and the basics, like cleanliness and safety, are also fine. 10/10 would recommend

I will highly recommend to stay in this hostel. The hostel have volunteers who organizes multiple activities which are worth your time. And 2 days a week there is free dinner. Loved my stay here!!

A hippy place to stay that fits in perfectly with the local artsy neighborhood. There was free coffee and hot tea and not having to arrange for everyone to be in one bedroom was appreciated. The room was dimly lit which was good for sleeping!

Absolutely wonderful hostel, incredibly friendly and open staff. Communal kitchen with everything you would need to cook, lots of fridge space, crates for non-fridge items, and markers and tape for labeling. Dorm rooms are clean and every bunk has curtains. Communal sitting area is cozy and inviting.Very easy to get to the tram to get to the city centre. I 100% recommend this hostel for anyone traveling to Dresden, I will definitely stay again next time im in the city.

Excellent hostel! I had a nice five bed dorm, no bunk beds... Great. Very friendly receptionists, lots of activities organised, free glühwein, tea and tiramisu, beautifully decorated, clean, safe... :-) it's hard to mention things I didn't like. If i have to complain about something: the bed was a bit hard (but that's very personal), it's a bit far from the old town and the train station due to the nice location in Neustadt with the Kunsthofpassage around the corner and due to the location you might hear music/bass from the bars around the corner. But that's minor details, I would definitely recommend Lollis to social travellers.

I didn't know what to expect (my trip was a last-minute decision, so I didn't really do any research), but I was so pleasantly surprised! The place itself looks really cool, kinda punky and alternative but also cozy and home-like. The staff, volunteers and other guests were also super lovely. I thought it was just going to be a place to sleep, but I ended up having a great time playing board games and charades with a bunch of people I've never met! If I ever come back to Dresden I know where to stay. :) Thanks!

Perfect Location, super clean, nice staff, Good Food and free coffee
