Lollis Homestay Hostel

My favourite hostel by far, location is great, it has everything you need. The staff go above and beyond, I even had staff members giving me tips on how to find an apartment in Dresden and helping me practice my German. They are renovating some of the bathrooms which in my opinion weren’t even bad so I believe the hostel will be kept up to date for many years to come. Well run and great staff!

Had a great and comfortable stay for 3 nights. The hostel staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is social, it's quite easy to approach other travelers and have a conversation over dinner or drinks and moreover a list of events is posted daily which makes it very easy to meet people over an activity. The hostel is located in a trendy, lively district so you have quite a range of bars and pubs to relax in. Only thing that I'd change is the toilet door design for more privacy because there's a small gap through which someone can literally see you sitting inside. But apart from that, absolutely recommend this hostel to get the best possible experience in Dresden.

This hostel was great. They had activities planned throughout the week with volunteers who stay at the hostel. They were all very friendly and came from many different countries. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around and there is a tram stop nearby.

I spent one night in the hostel while visiting Dresden. The location is great in the Neue Stadt, the price is really interesting, and most important : the hostel itself is amazing ! The people working and volunteering there are really nice, welcoming, and everything is made for you to feel home right away. & I had the chance to enjoy some good "free Glühwein" in the evening :) I stayed in the 6-bed dorm for women and the room was cosy. Everything is clean. Thanks again, i will definitely come back in Lollis if I come back to Dresden one day !
