Veel te luidruchtig. Partygroepen Het brandalarm ging af, door waarschijnlijk rokende partypeople. Dus om 02.00 op straat met mijn kids. WCs niet schoon

Need to be focus on cleaning

The few restrooms I found were smelling rather badly. Both nights I stayed there. I didn’t search high and low though - maybe there were others, nicer ones.

Beim check in musste ich ca. 25 Minuten warten, da "die Kasse geschlossen wird", es hieß dass das Wlan auf den Etagen ausgefallen ist, doch nach dem Check in erfuhr ich, dass das nicht stimmt. Betten verdammt unbequem, und die Zimmer sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Im Einzelzimmer gab es kein Wlan (obwohl das nicht stimmte) und keinen Fernseher, so war der Abend langweilig. Wieso sagt man erst, das Wlan geht nicht, obwohl es vor 3 Tagen doch repariert wurde? Hab meine Handy flat also umsonst aufgebraucht. Durch die Gamescom die 3KM entfernt stattgefunden hat, war eine Nacht natürlich dreimal so teuer als üblich. Für das was geboten wurde, war der Preis ziemlich frech.

Loud rooms, hair on the floors, bathroom was smelly and poorly cleaned. No recent renovations in the room.

Das Hostel hat auf den Fluren nach rauch gerochen. Es war nachts unglaublich laut, so dass schlafen fast unmöglich war.

No complains

Natürlich waren die Gemeinschaftsbäder nicht jede Stunde klinisch rein, was bei einem Hostel mit den unterschiedlichsten Menschen auch okay ist Leider sind ein paar in unseren Gruppe ausgefallen, das Hostel hat sich sehr bemüht einen Ersatz zu finden ( leider so kurzfristig nicht möglich, kann aber keiner was für)

WLAN hat nicht überall funktioniert waren immer verschiedene Schlüssel und andere Passwörter

Toiletten waren niet schoon, de vloer plakte iedere dag.

Los baños, ni limpios ni cómodos.

Bad war ein bisschen heruntergekommen.

Não tinha ar, nem ventiladores. Entrava um ar gostoso pela janela, porém o barulho da rua era ensurdecedor

Quite hot in the rooms in warmer months of the year

No kitchen

I was very badly, and painfully, bitten all over my body with some kind of bed bugs. The beds have a textile fabric that covers the top half of the mattress, but there's no covering on the sides or bottom. In order to explain the problem I took a photo of my legs, covered in red bite marks. I reported it to staff but there's was no apology or anything else offered. It would have been more hygienic if there was a plastic cover, to stop bugs. The toilets were often messy. No air conditioning or fans. I've realistic expectations of hostels, but cleanliness should be there no matter if a property is cheap or expensive. All of the lockers were broken on the second floor. No lockers on the rooms. I had to keep my things locked away in the communal room.
