The pillow was really, really thin, there was no heat (but it was OK if you close the window). They only give you one small towel.

wish the lockers were in the room but they were a weird size so i didn't feel inclined to use them anyway.

Extrem laut Nachts, Türen knallen durchgehend sehr hellhörig kaum geschlafen. Sanitäranlagen unsauber allgemein alles runtergekommen

Check-in took one hour. I stayed on a que of 15persons. Check-in started at 5P.M. WC small and not clean and only one per level seems not enough for me

Waiting time at check in on 24 October was over 1,5 hours. Areas of common use like corridors, showers toilets need cleaning and repair. Could have been much better for the price

There’s no kitchen, not even a fridge for safe food or water, the showers are completely dirty, the toilets have a strong strong smell like pee and sometimes didn’t work you couldn’t even flush it. The beds make a heavy noise every move you make (and also you have to make it because they just leave the things there) the doors also really noisy. There’s no share space like living rooms for interact, just in their restaurant or coffee but of course prices of a restaurant or bar. There’s no lockers in the rooms, so if u want to save something it has to be at the first floor. The internet doesn’t work at all in the rooms. Really bad experience. I being traveling for 8 months now in Europe and find cheapest and more comfortable places…this didn’t worth it.

Tuvieron un evento y no permitieron hacer el check in hasta las 17 (cuando la reserva se hizo para entrar a partir de las 15) a la final hubo una enorme fila para poder hacer el check in, fuera del hotel bajo el frío que tardó más de una hora. La chica de la recepción atendió muy frustrada. El Wifi funciona muy muy mal. Además hay mucho ruido

There was nothing to rate down here I mean it really doesn’t matter at all, I won’t come back to this place anymore I wouldn’t even recommended to anyone else. This is definitely the worse place that I’ve ever gone.

Unsauber, unordentlich, Rezeption sollte um 8 Uhr auf gehen aber bis 8:30 Uhr kam niemanden... wir mussten deshalb unser plan ändern

Der Regen, nein Spaß. Für mich war es beim Frühstück nur blöd nicht Englisch dafür zu können

Es war schmutzig, verstopfte Toiletten, übel riechende Duschen und WCs. Rezeption um 8.10 Uhr nicht besetzt, obwohl ab 8 Uhr jemand da sein sollte

Urinoir was al dagenlang niet schoon gemaakt

Shortage of staff on that day. Long queue at entrance outside in cold weather. Waiting to check-in about 40 minutes. The guy from the bar only stood around and did not help the female colleague to speed up check-in Staff was on a seminar, therefore check-in only at 5 pm. Bar not open due to staff on a seminar. A good bar is a central meeting point for a backpackers hostel to meet other travelers. That's the spirit of a backpacker hostel. So, why is the bar also closed sunday and monday ? Bar would bring good extra-money to hostel. Signing of showers / toilets for male/female a bit umclear.

checkout before 8/9 am is not possible which was a little hard but understandable
