Der Regen, nein Spaß. Für mich war es beim Frühstück nur blöd nicht Englisch dafür zu können

Es war schmutzig, verstopfte Toiletten, übel riechende Duschen und WCs. Rezeption um 8.10 Uhr nicht besetzt, obwohl ab 8 Uhr jemand da sein sollte

Shortage of staff on that day. Long queue at entrance outside in cold weather. Waiting to check-in about 40 minutes. The guy from the bar only stood around and did not help the female colleague to speed up check-in Staff was on a seminar, therefore check-in only at 5 pm. Bar not open due to staff on a seminar. A good bar is a central meeting point for a backpackers hostel to meet other travelers. That's the spirit of a backpacker hostel. So, why is the bar also closed sunday and monday ? Bar would bring good extra-money to hostel. Signing of showers / toilets for male/female a bit umclear.

checkout before 8/9 am is not possible which was a little hard but understandable

Durch eine Veranstaltung konnte die Rezeption erst um 17 Uhr fürs Einchecken öffnen - um 19 Uhr angekommen, musste ich immer noch eine Stunde warten, da nur eine Mitarbeiterin (die mir bei dem großen Andrang sehr leid getan hat) Dienst hatte. Außerdem habe ich mich auf die Informationen von Booking.com verlassen, dass ein Check Out ab 3 Uhr morgens möglich ist - die Rezeption öffnet jedoch erst um 8 Uhr. Da ich einen Zug erwischen musste, konnte ich mein Pfand nicht mehr zurücktauschen. Zumindest kann man die Zimmerkarte dort in einer Box hinterlassen.

Walls might be thin, all of the noises came into our room from other rooms as well as from the street.

Not safe Not clean We have to do bed making by ourselves, put them on such as sheets ,cover of pillow, and cover of blanket. Bathroom is very smelly. At night many teenagers were running around in this hostel. There were at least 10. So nosy and annoying. Are they the guests? Are they customers of the bar? Anybody can reach inside this hostel. Safety doesn’t exist.

En general, todo el hostal bastante viejo y desaliñado. La almohada era muy fina, era como no tener. Uno de los calefactores no funcionaba en la habitación.Los baños olían fatal. Es muy ruidoso, se escuchan muchos ruidos del bar y de la calle. La puerta de la habitación se tiene que cerrar de un portazo y siempre se hace ruido al entrar y salir.

La chambre était assez vieille, la salle de bain et les toilettes également. Très peu de toilettes ou de douche pour un seul étage. Le wi-fi marchait peu souvent dans la chambre, obligé d'aller à la réception pour avoir un réseau correct.
