Von Hauptbahnhof ist es schnell und einfach erreichbar. Für kurze Aufenthalte mit low Budget ist gut.

Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Hauptbahnhof und in die City. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag. Preis-Leistung insgesamt ok,

Allereerst een compliment voor de klantenservice! Ik had zelf een fout gemaakt bij het selecteren van de juiste datum tijdens de reservering en daar kwam ik veel later pas achter. Contact opgenomen met de accommodatie en ondanks dat ik een optie had waarbij ik niet kosteloos kon annuleren, hebben ze de data wel kosteloos voor me gewijzigd. Echt klasse! Naast de centrale ligging, het gemak om in te checken midden in de nacht en de netheid van de kamer en gedeelde badkamer, beviel de bagageopslag nog het meest! Een aparte kamer met afsluitbare lockers waarin je je bagage makkelijk kwijt kunt. Neem zelf wel een slotje mee. Dit is een accommodatie om te onthouden voor als ik weer eens op doorreis ben in Keulen.

Me atendieron en todo momento muy bien. Exelente ubicacion y relacion calidad precio. Muy recomendable.

The property is super close by to the Main train station, hence the name! It was clean and the staff was really friendly. It was late night and I was thirsty so the receptionist gave me his water bottle (clean and unused of course).

Very central,very easy to find. Clear instructions on how to access after hours (I arrived well after midnight!) It was the only place I could find with such a late check-in in the area too,handy if arriving from the airport/train station late. Staff were brilliant (though I didn't actually meet them!) Mistakenly booked the room for the day after my arrival (late arrival too so would have been a disaster, sleeping in the airport or train station!) Only realised my mistake the morning of departure! Contacted the hostel to see if I could change the booking at short notice to that night and pay the difference,not expecting it to be possible. Ralf,Cezar and Chiara were brilliant,kept me informed and it cost very little to do this. Can't comment on the rest of the facilities but the room was fine for the price.
