Bon emplacement.
A l'arrivée, j'ai eu un petit problème avec la chambre et la réceptionniste m'a offert un surclassement.
Au départ, le réceptionniste m'a offert des biscuits pour me remercier d'avoir choisi leur hostel.

The location was amazing, in the middle of the centre.
And all the facilities for a good hostel were there as well.
We had a private room, which was very nice
They didn't have a kitchen which you could use. But they did have a restaurant where you can order food

Apesar da boa vontade da equipe, foi designado um quarto masculino para mim onde não me senti confortável. Os banheiros estavam com problemas e me deixaram uma péssima impressão.

The location is good.
The staff were rude. They spent the whole time joking to each other while I waited to check in.
The beds are very hard.
The lockers are not in the rooms and most are broken.
The bathrooms were very dirty.

Good clean cheep accommodation in the centre of koln. Good bar friendly staff. Very helpful and easy to use. Had a room for four. Had individual key cards so we could split up if needed.
All was good.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Die Lage des Hostels war sehr gut, nur 2min zu Fuß vom Hbf/Dom entfernt.
Die Toiletten waren etwas unsauber.

Hat am Gang und im Bad extrem gestunken. Die Türen fallen sehr laut zu, sodass man nachts sehr leicht von den anderen Bewohnern geweckt wird.
