Leider war nur morgens eine Ansprechperson vor Ort, allerdings nicht weiter schlimm war da man die Zugangsdaten per Mail erhält; Was ich jedoch kundenunfreundlich fand, war dass keine meiner Mails beantwortet wurde. Stattdessen habe ich englischsprachige Standardmails erhalten die mit dem Inhalt meines Anliegens nichts zu tun hatten. Ich hatte mehrmals im Vorhinein gefragt ob Parkplätze zur Verfügung standen; jetzt weiß ich es endlich (nach dem Aufenthalt): nein! Es gibt keine Parkplätze im Hostel. Es wäre nett, dies rechtzeitig zu wissen:)

die Betten sind so unbequem und wackelnd, dass man einfach nicht schlafen kann. ich habe quasi jede Bewegung von meinem Nachbarn unter gefühlt. Das Zimmer, das sich unten befindet, ist nicht zum Leben bestimmt: es gibt keine Luft, aber wenn man das Fenster aufmacht, sieht man einfach die Reifen von Autos und Füße von Leuten. Draußen war es immer rauchig und der Geruch von Zigaretten wurde immer ins Zimmer reingezogen. Total anstrengend.....ich konnte einfach nicht schlafen. Und komme ganz bestimmt nie wieder..... außerdem war das Personal nicht sehr freundlich....

El baño estaba un poco lejos.

Un peu plus de contact humain serait super mais ça restait très appréciable et le peu de fois où on voyait les employés ils étaient courtois et avenants !

El desayuno era bastante simple, podría mejorar.

The breakfast, although included, is very basic.

Matelas un peu mou mais cela ne m'a dérangé qu'après 3 nuits.

No real issues from me! The shower's tub filled up a bit with water while I showered, but otherwise all good.

No maps or tips at the hostel. The staff who was there didn't know much about public transportation.

The stairs are tiny if you have a suitcase and, unfortunately, the owner came across as a bit rude.

Eine kleine Bemerkung ist, dass die Türen und Betten ein wenig gequietscht haben. Deswegen könnte man bspw. beim Öffnen der Zimmertür ausversehen jemanden aufwecken, selbst wenn man versucht leise zu sein. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein minimales Problem.

Unfreundliches Peesonal, habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt

Des rideaux sur les lits seraient un vrai plus pour les dortoirs mixtes

Bed was not comfy for me, fine for a night but wouldnt recommend a long stay. Also more bathrooms and toilets would be a big win

the only thing that i didn’t like is that the breakfast was open from 8h and I had to leave earlier and without having breakfast :(
