Again the location and staff. Self Check In procedure was smooth.

I booked a bed in the 6 bed hostel room. When I entered my room, and I checked my pillow, it was full of yellow stains. The bed was also dirty and I couldn’t stand the smell in the room. It was so bad that I didn’t even touch anything, I just left and change my hotel. Also there was no one at the reception to talk about the issues of the room. If you are a girl and if you are gonna stay alone, DO NOT choose this.

If you are using small padlock for the locker it will not lock at all

I came in late and had to prepare my bed silently in the dark to not disturb otherd, other than that no issues.

Lack of staff led to a lot of misunderstanding. There was no staff to handle the queries. No one was picking up the phone. They gave us 2 messages with different room numbers. We checked in with the first message with room 10. Turned out the whole room was booked by a group. We later checked there was another room 11 where we should have checked in but there was no heads up about ignoring the previous message or message wrongly sent or even as an update. Surprisingly, even the number lock for both the rooms worked. That shows how safe these room locks are. I wish they recruited some staff to handle such concerns instead of completely ghosting us. In the end, we couldn't sleep well.

No recetionist atr 8pm, code for entrance door was wrong, other customers suspicious and nid not let me in. I had to wait till a guest got out to enter, with the Wifi, I could read another e-mail from Booking dot com with new front door and bedroom door codes.

Area not great if a late arrival and walking from train station, lots of people congregating under a bridge, id recommend a taxi if arriving late or solo.
