Wombats City Hostel

Though the en-suite facilities were excellent, the hostel seemed to lack additional toilets or bathrooms in the corridors. (When I arrived mid/late evening someone was sleeping, so I didn't want to disturb them by using the shower, hair-dryer etc. When I left early morning, ditto.)

Las camas!! No puede ser mas delgado el colchon, super incomodo!!! Los ascensores funcionan raro, llamas uno y se abre el otro y no te da tiempo a tomarlo ya que no estan uno al lado del otro.

Männer und Frauen blieben im selben Raum. Meine Frau war sehr wütend auf mich :(

For personal reasons I prefer to sleep with lower temperatures and perhaps the room was a little too hot (but this is probably my problem). I would have been pleased if there was also something sweet in the breakfast buffet. But in reality it went very well.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat von 22 Uhr bis 7.30 Uhr geschlossen. Völlig unnötig.

Los baños son pequeños y se escucha todo, además están en la habitación y son para 6 y algo pequeño,no entiendo por qué tienes que bajar las sábanas,el día que te marchas. no hacen la cama y apenas limpian las habitaciones. Con lo cual te tienes que coordinar entre todos y no dejarlo sucio, y el check-out muy pronto a las 9 y 40 ya querían entrar a limpiar. Y camas algo incómodas es una colchón muy fino

Ich war schon mal in einem besseren, neuesten Zimmer. Aber trotzdem war diesmal gut, sauber und bequem

Al llegar te dan un mapa gigante de la ciudad con un pequeño papelito con información sobre tu habitación. Creo que es un desperdicio de papel porque mucha gente hoy en día ya solo usa su celular para moverse por la ciudad. El mapa no se puede regresar, aunque no lo uses va directo a la basura. :(

Bunks aren't as nice as enclosed bunks with curtain. The bunk above me had broken slats so worried the person.would end up falling through. Fitted bunks would be better with curtain

As a youth hostel is gets quite noisy at night in the common areas. I normally prefer to stay in one of the private Twin rooms at the other Wombat’s at Werkviertel which is a bit quieter so good for a short work trip on a budget.

The neighborhood around there isn't the greatest.

Sehr kleines und hellhöriges Badezimmer, Toilettenhäuschen war sehr unangenehm. Nur eine Toilette für 8 Leute ist auch etwas wenig. Personal kam nicht wirklich motiviert rüber.
