The breakfast could be a little wider in terms of options for people. I am celiac and noticed that there was not much available for me so opted for breakfast near the Hostel instead. Also the lift does take a while to get you up and down to rooms and reception etc so just use the stairs!

It would be comfier if they added curtains to the beds

There is no hair dryer

Zum Frühstück gab es entweder Kaffee, oder Saft oder Tee. Hier hätte ich mir zumindest zwei Getränke gewünscht.

It was really hot in the rooms, with no curtains for the beds. Little space to put our things near the beds, the lockers are not made for traditionnal lockers a traveler would bring so we could not lock them, you have to pay for towels (althought it's fairly inexpensive). No kitchen our fridge or anything for food storage. You can't bring anything into the shower because the water will wet your clothes and get everywhere. Our room's door was closing very very loudly, even when we were cautious, and we felt bad every time we went to the bathroom while someone was sleeping in the room. Some people in rooms nearby were playing very loud music all the time. The elevator system is already annoying, because you have to wait for it to get to the reception of your room even if you wanna take the stairs, but it broke during our stay and we were on the third floor. Two days later it wasn't fixed. I feel like it should be a priority to fix your elevator when your hostel has more than four levels. Barely two usb ports near the bed and they didn't work, so top bunk can't really charge their stuff.

Confusing because same name for hotel, hostel and appartments. I booked a room in the hostel by mistake (I should have been more careful on the price difference but still it was named circus hotel almost everywhere in the description).

Justo esos días se rompió el ascensor, y tuve que bajar por escalera mi equipaje. Además que los baños sean mixtos.

We were 6 people in a dormitory so in the morning, the room needed some fresh air badly as we couldn't leave the windows open due to the weather. I think there could be some better ventilation system in such a small room with so many people sleeping. But it was not really bad, it is just something that could be improved.

The road facing rooms can get quite noisy from the traffic and people on the street if you open the windows for ventilation, else it is quite soundproof

You need to pay to have a padlock. Change this guys, charge more to stay at the bedroom and include the facilities.

The pillow was too big and soft. The outlet was in a little cupboard inside the bunk bed and I had to keep it open whilst charging which was very uncomfortable as there was little space to lie down. It was claustrophobic.

Unisex showers were kinda nasty

The hostel doesn’t provide the lock for the locker. I don’t know maybe it is a common thing, I just don’t carry a lock with me. However they sell it for 5 eur. On the 2nd day of my stay on Sunday elevator broke. Exactly on the day I got seriously sick, so lifting to the 4 floor was quite a challenge. There is no ventilation in the rooms. The only way to get fresh air is to open up a window. 6-8 ppl in a small 20sq m. Room is enough to make the air of a poor quality very fast. The rooms are located on a very noisy street, so keeping windows opened at night is not an option.

I booked for an entire stay of 4 days because I was on holidays and I wanted to relax, the room with 8 people in total from which 7 were friends already traveling togheter and then me as the alone traveler was fine at first. I left my stuff and when I came back at night I opened the room and immediately a very strong smell of feet with sweat entered my nose and like 2 people were anoring so hard. I could taste the smell of those feet by each inhalation I took so I had to open the window a bit to be able to breath, I almost didn't sleep that night. The day after I came back at night and again the same problem this time some of them were awake. When I opened the window they complained about it being opened and said they couldn't sleep with noise. I told them that there was anyway high noise inside with all the snoring and the feet smell was unbearable. They got angry and the environment was tense, I went to the reception and they changed me the room for that night I had to move from that room to the one next door which was a single room. I had to move all my stuff like at 3 am and the staff asked me to check out at 12 and pack and leave my stuff downstairs until another room was available after 15pm the next day so I slet some hours, had to take an early shower and pack everything and I didn't have a place to rest or bed until they would get ine after 15h00. So I just had to go out and explore the city and hope to get a place when I was back. Then I got it and again had to move to that room where I put my stuff and then slept.

There are no self catering facilities and the rooms aren't soundproofed against Road/tram noise which is both loud and frequent overnight.

El bar esta bien, pero podria mejorar

Die Übernachtung war nicht gerade günstig (über 100 € Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück) und hatte nur eine Stockwerksdusche und Toilette
