Staff was very friendly. Property was very clean and comfortable. Never had disturbances and had enough freedom during the stay. The restaurant was also good with quality food

Sem dúvida a localização é optima, com paragens de autocarros e metro a menos de 100 metros. O hostel é muito acolhedor, com bar e cafetaria dentro do próprio hostel. Rodeado de restaurantes, lojas de conveniência e padarias. O staff muito simpático e disponível

L'hostel est très bien situé dans la ville, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. C'est un lieu accueillant, sécurisé et convivial.

The room and bathroom facilities were clean, and the bed felt private. Staff at reception were great and super helpful.

Nice, well decorated place. The double room with private bath is quite large, stylishly decorated and has all the necessary facilities. There is a bar in the hostel building where you can relax after a walk and sing karaoke. Friendly staff, 24-hour front desk. The breakfast was really tasty, there was a choice of vegetarian options. The hotel is well located.There is a metro station nearby, but during our stay the line was under reconstruction. However, it was possible to reach the main attractions on foot (about 15-20 min walk). Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The noise of the street outside the window did not bother us, as we walked a lot and fell asleep instantly. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm. There are a lot of young people relaxing in the hostel, but this does not interfere, but enlivens the atmosphere.

Me gustó mucho que estuviese limpio, la cama muy cómoda, había calefacción en el baño y en la habitación. El desayuno maravilloso habían muchas frutas y ensaladas además de lo típico. El personal muy amable

La estadia en Berlin estuvo bastante bien, los colaboradores muy amables, me encanto la flexibilidad para seleccionar tu cama, la ubicacion esta perfecta y con estacion de metro a unos pasos, las habitaciones son amplias para organizar equipaje, la zona cuenta con variedad gastronomica. la zona para guardar equipaje muy segura.

Le chambre de 12 lits était très bien, le lit était confortable et il y avait suffisamment d'espace pour mettre ses affaires. Pour une grosse valise, ce serait plus serré cela-dit. Tout le monde a été respectueux au niveau du bruit et de la lumière, il faisait une température agréable pour dormir et j'ai donc passé de très bonnes nuits. Le personnel était sympathique et j'ai beaucoup aimé pouvoir laisser mes affaires à l'hostel gratuitement avant le check-in.

Camera singola, molto calda c’era un piccolo armadio e una cassaforte. Una mensola sopra il letto con un attacco USB e una luce. Ho apprezzato il libro sulla mensola che mi ha permesso di conoscere Berlino sotto altri aspetti. Alla reception mi hanno prestato sia un asciugacapelli è un ombrello. I bagni comuni e le doccia molto puliti, ogni giorno. Ho apprezzato che fossero divisi in maniera classica maschi/ femmine. Ho avuto la possibilità di scaldare il mio cibo nel caffè affianco all’ostello. Le docce avevano un piccolo attaccapanni e un piano dove riporre shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Alla reception sono stati molto accoglienti e mi hanno consigliato posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Hanno anche un Qr code che si può scannerizzare che presenta una mappa con i migliori club, caffè, ristoranti a Berlino. Ogni giorno al caffè accanto all’ostello organizzano qualche evento. Bellissima la beer brewery, dove essendo ospiti dell’ostello si ha in omaggio un assaggio della loro birra. La posizione super centrale è super collegata. Appena fuori dalla porta la fermata del tram,della metro, bus. L’ostello è molto silenzioso e le camere sono insonorizzate. Wi-Fi super veloce. Luggage store chiuso da una password con armadietto di varie misure chiuse anche queste da una password.

Great location, easy to find and to check in, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms/showers. And on top of that you get amazing café and lively bar (Karaoke on thursdays). The Hoff is nice cherry on top. Overall very happy I decided to stay in this hostel and met plenty of cool people there. Couldn't have asked for better first hostel experience!
