The management was not professional at all. My stuffs were clean up by room service in the middle of my stay and nobody know where they are. Reception said they will call me if they found them, but apparently they haven’t or they don’t want to give my thing back :(

Le café / bar au rez-de-chaussée de l'auberge devrait ouvrir plus tôt afin de permettre aux lèves tôt qui visitent la ville de prendre leur café avant de partir.

I stayed in a private room, but without private bathroom and restroom. The showers and toilet were ok, but I think they stayed clean because people were generally not making them nasty, since I usually used the same shower I could tell they weren't being cleanded everyday. The bed was not very comfortable as well, it had a plastic/water ressistant protective cover on the matress (which in understandable) but it made the matress slippery and uncomfortable.

Niemand deed het grote licht in de kamer uit, dus het stond de hele nacht aan...

Die Bar unten fand ich persönlich nicht so angenehm, aber Geschmacksache. Ich hatte das WLAN Passwort erfragt über den Booking Chat, die Antwort kam relativ spät.

L'isolation phonique des fenêtres et portes sont vraiment mauvaises. On entent les voix des gens dans la rue et surtout le tram qui fait un bruit incroyable surtout avec le son de fermetures des portes et le bruits ! Si des personnes sont nocturnes dans le bâtiment, on entend aussi leurs voix, le bip des badges pour ouvrir leurs portes etc.. J'aurai préféré que les aliments de provenance animale au petit déjeuner soient plus éthiques.
