Eine Kaffee- oder Padmaschine in der Küche wäre gut. Im Winter ist es in der Lobby etwas kalt. Wir hatten zeitgleich eine größere Gruppe Jugendlicher im Haus, die leider recht laut waren (Ghetttoblaster in der Lobby und Rumgegröhle). Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die von den Miarbeitern oder von ihren Lehrern zu etwas mehr Rücksichtnahme aufgefordert worden wären. Auch andere Gäste haben darüber den Kopf geschüttelt. Ich war schon häufiger im Amstel House - auch schon, mit höherer Auslastung - und es war immer angenehm und unterhaltsam in der Lobby, mit guter Stimmung. Das war dieses Mal hoffentlich eine Ausnahme.

Chambre froide à l'arrivée... Aucune isolation phonique des portes qui claquent, avec des clients qui ne respectent pas le silence des nuits.. La douche commune n'a pas d'étagères pour poser les affaires Pas de savon liquide dans les WC de l'étage

In der Dusche wären ein paar Haken und Ablageflächen schön gewesen. :)

The bathrooms were quite gross in general even though they're apparently cleaned twice a day and the one closest to my room smelled bad, the kitchen was awfully equiped - no glasses (only tiny mugs), and it was all sort of mismatched all over the place as if they just kept/offered things travellers had left behind. Fine for a short stay but won't be coming back.

Bathroom where very dirty, there was dark long hairs on the floor. In one sink water was hot, in another water was not pumping good!

The ladder to the upper bunk bed is difficult to climb up, and you also need to put the bed sheets on and return it when checking out. Other than that I think the accommodation can be considered good compared to the price.

Sur notre palier, il n'y avait que 2 douches (dont 1 pour handicapé) et 2 toilettes. Aux heures de pointe, c'était un peu juste.

Everythig was pretty fine

En nuestro caso la estancia fue bastante correcta y muy tranquila, más allá de escuchar a algunos chavales en contadas ocasiones y no a altas horas de la noche. Lo que sí es reseñable es que las camas son bastante incómodas.
