Personal war mega freundlich. Da ich eine Behinderung habe, hat man mir bei Kleinigkeiten sehr gut geholfen. Ich bin der jungen Frau von der Rezeption sehr dankbar. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind hier hervorragend.
Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die Duschen. Die leider erheblichen Schimmel an den Fugen aufweisen.

I liked the rooms and how clean everything was. I also liked the games room, though it was a bit rusty.

Kierownik zmiany, Felix, odmówi? pomocy i nie pozwoli? Pani pracuj?cej w Hostelu rozmieni? 20 euro na parkometr. Dzi?kuj? bardzo za tak? obs?ug?. Reszta personelu by?a bardzo mi?a i ?yczliwa.

24/7 reception makes the stay very flexible. Especially if u travel with a bike. Your able to store it in the basement.
The staff was also very polite and friendly
With check-In they could have explained how the floors are structured. We kinda got lost on our search for the showers and toilets.

Die besondere Lage in Moabit und das Gefühl ernst genommen zu werden.
Das Frühstück könnte noch abwechslungsreicher sein, was nicht heißen soll ich wäre unzufrieden. Ganz im Gegenteil.

Vierpersoonskamer met stapelbedden was prima te doen
Meerdere jaren bij Amstel House geweest, dit keer vond ik het bezoek minder. Gezamenlijke douchecabines niet fris en de gezamenlijke keuken is qua voedselveiligheid (met name tijdens onze warme vakantieweek) niet een aanrader. Tijdens het ontbijt van 7,50 euro zie je dit helaas ook terug: producten zoals melk, yoghurt, vleeswaren staan niet gekoeld op een serveertafel. Als het +30 graden is dan zou ik dit anders oplossen.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, and a kitchen which is handy! Lots of kids/school groups while I was there which didn’t help the social vibe. It’s a little far from the main city area but lots of public transport nearby.

Mir fehlte koffeinfreier Kaffee zum Frühstück. Gerne einfach mal als bio Instant zum Tee dazu stellen ...

Everything from the staff help to the decorations of the building, each one of us got an entrance card so it was rly helpful.
I wish they didn't charged us for the towel but I understand. Beside that nothing to say.
