Es war nicht sauber, vor allem die Gemeinschaftsduschen und Toiletten waren relativ dreckig.

Mucho olor a cigarrillo y pese a decirlo, no hubo cambio de habitación.

Schimmel im Zimmer und in der Dusche. Alle Fugen waren schwarz.

I've never been in a hostel where the staff (apart from the cleaning staff) show so little care or attention to guests. It should be a pleasure to work in a hostel and guests should be the priority, sadly it's the opposite there. Staff spend more time socialising with each other than caring for customers. There is zero interest or interaction. I and several guests I spoke with had the same experience. I work in hostels and I take pride in making sure the guests feel at home and cared for. In Amstel House Hostel you can go through the whole day without being asked, how are you, do you need anything, where are you from, welcome to Berlin and can I make your stay more enjoyable. I could go on and say more about my personal experience however I feel it would be wasted. It's not an environment of care, It's the complete opposite. Guests are an inconvenience to the staffs socialising. I was given a key card and told where my room was on check in and that's all..... Hostels should come with hospitality, care and interaction as a given. If you want a cheap room go to a hotel instead. All substance and no soul....

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Dusche war sehr stark verschimmelt. Die Zimmertür war kaputt und war kaum zu schließen. Frühstück für 8,5€/Person war eher mau, wenig Auswahl.

The location is not that good and the WiFi doesn't work from the room.

Det tok tid å komme inn da vi kom til hotellet klokka 01. Av en eller annen grunn var resepsjonisten ikke i området, og vi måtte vente utenfor i 10-15 minutter. De gikk heller ikke an å ringe hotellet og slippe inn.

Havlu için ekstra ücret ödenmesi gerekiyor ve banyo yeterince temiz olmad??? için çoraplar?m?zla du? almak zorunda kald?k.

magari per la colazione se ci son grossi gruppi farei attenzione perché finivano le cose (tipo le uova) e non venivano rifatte.....

Das Bad (Dusche war nicht ganz sauber) Am Frühstücksbuffet die Essensaufbewahrungen waren nicht sauber

Die Badezimmer sidn wirklich nicht sauber. Obwohl in den Toiletten gemäss Beschilderung zweimal täglich geputzt werden soll, sieht es definitiv nicht danach aus. Würde man hier etwas mehr darauf achten, hätte ich mich gleich viel wohler gefühlt, denn das Hostel hat echt Potential super zu sein.

I bagni sarebbero da ristrutturare completamente ed ampliare !

Es ist sehr dreckig, 4 Bett-Zimmer mit eigenem Bad Vor allem im Bad, Dusche die schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurde, Duschablauf lief gar nicht ab, Im Zimmer selber der Fußboden und auf den Fußleisten 1cm Staub und Dreckschicht. Das "Frühstück" war nicht mehr ansehnlich und die Tische und die Umgebung war auch sehr schmuddelig. Wir fühlten uns nicht so wohl.

Erst vor Ort die Info erhalten, dass ich keine Handtücher erhalte und dass ich die Betten selbst beziehen muss. Für den Preis ist es an sich kein Problem, aber ich möchte vorher informiert werden. Der Flur hat nach WC gerochen. Die Duschen waren verdreckt, in den Ecken waren Haare, die bereits länger dort lagen
