Grumpy staff who let me drag suitcases of over 40 kg up the stairs by myself (this is the guest's account, 20 year old tiny girl)

The showerhead was broken in our room, but sure it's gonna get fixed soon. Wasn't really an issue.

The beds made noise because it was a bit old I think.

Lockers are squeeking, you need to bring your own lock on it. No hairdryer.

The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby and the restaurant, you have to bring your own lock and it was quite noisy the street.

Das Licht im Zimmer reichte nicht aus, um es richtig auszuleuchten und im Bad war es nicht gut geeignet zum Schminken. Beim Frühstück gab es keine Option für Veganer (keine Hafermilch, keinen veganen Aufstrich/Belag, außer Tomaten und Gurken) und die Brötchen waren nicht vom Bäcker sondern Aufbackbrötchen. Die Möbel im Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) waren spärlich und hatten Jugendherbergscharme. Definitiv kein Zimmer, in dem man sich lange aufhalten möchte. Das Wlan hat mein Handy nicht gefunden.
