Staff muito cordial, ambiente extremamente limpo, bar completo.
Um pouco distante do centro da cidade, exige pelo menos 10 minutos de caminhada para acessar o metrô.

Nice inside hall.... electronics cart for opening doors and clean....

The room from the sides inside have not climatisation or ventilation and that's mean hight humidity and low oxygen !!!
Attention....the reason you always tired......
The receptionist don't know make the simple coffee and talk lot of about talk many languages, but finalement they spek one language with mixed words from other languages so simple English it's possible for communication.....
NOISE from hallway till 3 o'clock morning..... usually asocial peoples ,, main Spanish,, till morning listening stupide songs with hight volume and talk too hight...or bad smiles from the kitchen......

Funcionários atenciosos demais, limpeza dos quartos e da cozinha.
O secador de cabelo é pequeno e não seca realmente o cabelo. Poderiam disponibilizar um secador profissional ou maior.

super clean and friendly staff! seemed to be in the middle of no where and maybe a little unsafe to walk around at night by yourself but apart from the location, everything else was great!

Its clean and easy to access from the metro 1 station from alexandet platz ..the only problem id the closet its very noisy,when you are sleeping if someone open the closet u can awake.

Pretty good hostel, clean and in an ok location (old commie block vibe) but it’s nicer on the inside. The facilities are good but the vibe is ridiculously dead there.
You definitely have to make your own fun there but if you need somewhere cheap and relatable to stay, here’s the place.

Rooms have a good enough of space, really big lockers inside just need to bring a lock. Check in/out was easy. Train station is a very close walk. No laundry in the building but there is a laundry mat about a 10 minute walk away

The hostel was good for the money, a bit far from the main station but okey location. The room and bathroom was clean. It was two showers for two dorms but the annoying thing was that both showers was in the same room so you couldn’t use the second one if someone was using the first one.
The atmosphere was good and the staff was nice!

Breakfast is not worth the 6 euro, it’s not much of a hostel environment (outside of your room). When I went to the bar and lounge, it was never anyone there

In a very nice building, in a pretty good location, close to train stops and about a 10 - 15 minute walk into Alexanderplatz. You can get to all the main Berlin locations very easily. Nice park nearby too. Rooms and toilets were very clean, and there was a kitchen connected to the dorm which was very handy, far better than a communal kitchen. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean and fresh. Quite a social atmosphere at the hostel, you can choose to join in on the fun or keep to yourself too; there are spaces to hang out solo as well as with others. 6 euro breakfast each morning was a godsend too. One of the better hostels I stayed in on my Europe trip. Would recommend if staying in Berlin.
Hostel was pretty good overall. One thing that could be improved was the privacy in the dorms, a curtain around each bed would be ideal. Also having one toilet and shower for 8 people means that there is sometimes a wait for the bathroom.

Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich für ein Hostel. Die Zimmer waren sehr weitläufig und die Schränke hatten viel Stauraum. Für ein Hostel waren die Bäder sehr ästhetisch und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Man war dicht an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Lage war ruhig. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. Vor allem als Alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Im Bad waren drei Fliesen gebrochen, was teilweise Geräusche verursacht hat. Auch die Schranktüren waren relativ laut. Das kann zum Problem werden, wenn andere schlafen, sollte aber nicht als großes Manko aufgefasst werden.

Staff was nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was big. Breakfast was not super big but okay.
Hostel room has private toilet and shower. But they weren't clean. Toilet was clean but floors, sink were really bad. Didn't want to take shower. Bunk stairs were so hard to use (cylindrical shape, so painful).

Location is great, if you came to enjoy Berlin clubbing. The hostel is new, clean, has 24h reception with friendly stuff.
Property is fine on condition of good neighbours. The only thing, the shower in the bathrooms are quite open and the doors are semi transparent, I didn’t feel very comfy in there..
Well, I guess, I wasn’t lucky with my neighbours. When I came to the room it was a mess… The people I shared it with (obviously party people) left there unfinished drinks, finished bottles of alcohol and packages of used condoms all I’ve the place:) not my bed though, many thanks for that,)
