Aufgrund der kurzfristigen Buchung ziemlich teuer.

The rooms were clean enough but i would like a lock for each person ( i had a lot of money and some pricey things with me), also some rooms that people could get in up to 12 am and get out at 7am as there were a lot of people getting in and out from 3 to 6am, which they didnt let me sleep in the best way possible. Otherwise no complains at all. Loved everything. Would come again :)

In der Beschreibung des Zimmers stand "Soundproofing". Es war SO laut. Die Tür, die Wände und die Decken halten keinerlei Schall auf. Ich habe fast gar nicht geschlafen. Das WLAN ist außerdem absolut unbrauchbar, weil es im 5-Sekunden-Takt komplett einbricht.

Mexican and German receptionist guy who stays around 10:30pm does have attitude, are not friendly. Mexican guy. Looked at me.before and laughed due to my clothes/outfit or smell. Can't recommend this place

I didn’t like how there were no towels at the sink today your hands, the lockers in the dorms were quite old and made a lot of noise, it was impossible to be quiet when coming back late at night or leaving early in the morning. It was also quite Loud, you could hear everything that happened in the hallways.

Die Matratze war etwas unbequem. Ein weiteres Waschbecken im Bad wäre hilfreich.

Metal beds and lockers, which cause unnecessary noise. Bathroom in dorm, which can cause long waiting times in the morning.

Atendentes com um péssimo inglês, não sabiam falar direito. Foram rudes em algumas situações. Os armários não fecham com cadeado, segurança zero.

The toilet was broken and they never fixed it. Although it was promised they will.

Well it’s a dorm, can be noisy.

Los camarotes deben ser mas firmes, sonaban demasiado y además, considero que la privacidad es importante, por lo cual debiesen tener cortinas en cada cama. Además, de la ducha se salía el agua, por lo que el piso quedaba todo mojado.

Que la gente que había ahí eran niños y aveces molestaban

Hello I was a guest that was allowed to get mail at the hostel address. It was extremely unacceptable that a member of the reception staff opened my private mail without my knowledge or permission, which constitutes a breach of my rights as a guest. My personal privacy was violated. This incident has caused a lot of frustration and stress. I request a full refund and apology from the hostel management as compensation. I hope the hostel does something about this incident and takes action for the bad behavior of their staff. It is crucial to feel secure and confident when traveling, and this incident has completely undermined that. I cannot recommend this hostel to others

The staff woke me up literally in the middle of the night, because receptionist made a mistake and placed me in a wrong room, but I was already asleep. When I refused to leave the room he immediately brought another guy and that guy started to talk to me rudely and disrespectful. They forced me to leave the room and relocated me into a men’s room when I was the only woman. I wasn’t giving any refunds for this nightmare. There was also no manager at the night shift. I left this place straight away in the morning having a headache.

Für jeden Gast ein geräumiger Spind, der aber leider nicht verschlossen werden kann, auch nicht mit Vorhängeschloss. Meine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Nur 1 Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, 2 Toiletten, 2 Duschen) für 2 Zimmer à 6 Gäste, also für 12 Leute, Männer und Frauen zusammen. Es gibt wenig Privatheit: Die Duschen haben Glaswände, nur der kritische Bereich ist mit Milchglas vor Blicken geschützt. Aber man kann sich irgendwie arrangieren, manche Männer warten auch, wenn sie sehen, dass Frauen da sind. Am Sonntag, als alle auscheckten (fast alle waren Männer) waren die Toiletten vollgepinkelt, weil sie sich nicht hinsetzen :-( Ansonsten war es aber sehr sauber und es wird täglich gereinigt.

Il n’y avait plus de cadenas pour les casiers, nous avons mis nos affaires dans une pièces commune fermée à côté de l’accueil. Seulement 1 lavabo dans la chambre commune.
