The location is very close to the main station. Just 3 minutes walk to Ubahn. The staff at reception are available most of the time and very helpful. The hostel is clean, the kitchen available. Lidl supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The price per night is good. I recommend this to single travellers.

Nice location: it’s neither directly in city center nor near central train station, but if you have Deutschland Ticket, then it’s very convenient. The nearest tram station located less than 1 min walk, all the trams that pass here will take you to the central station with only 3 stops away and the city center. There’s also a supermarket around the corner. - Nice facilities: equipped with kitchen, balcony, shower is hot, water drain works fine. Locker in the room. Enough for your stay.

Clean place without smells and dirt. Good remote check-in system. Pleasant staff. Didn't use kitchen facilities.

You can take shower in 24 hr, no worry about the sounds. There’s a small light in your bed. The staff is professional. The sounding is low noise, you could have well sleep.

Das Alex hat eine recht zentrale Lage, man ist zu Fuß oder mit der Tram schnell im Zentrum. Personal war bei bei mir bisher immer extrem freundlich und hilfreich. Man kann für 8€ ein anständiges Frühstück dazu buchen. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, ein ehrliches Hostel ohne Schnickschnack. Man muss einfach wissen, dass es Metallbetten sind, die machen manchmal etwas Geräusche. Und etwas Glück mit den anderen Leuten im Zimmer. ;) Es gibt Spinte im Zimmer, in denen man sein Zeug einschließen kann, wenn man will.

Complessivamente è buono, soprattutto per il prezzo che ho pagato (basso).

Nettes Hostel . Wir hatten eine Wohnung für 7 Personen mit schöner kleiner dachterasse mit Mega Ausblick . Zentral gelegen und Personal sehr nett.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location, just near the tramway station : 10min for the main train station !

Facilities were fine.

I stay here often for work as I arrive late and leave in the morning. I have never spoken to the staff and have always used the self check in and key card on my phone which works well. It has great prices especially when there are conferences and hotels are very expensive. I always bring an eyemask and earplugs and I sleep well.
