Die Wasch- und Duschräume sind etwas klein. Aber alles super machbar!

The bar/lounge area was a bit dirty and disorganized, at times there was no one at the desk. The room was a little bit noisy in the morning because of the traffic. Some guests are really noisy when they are packing their stuff, I know it has nothing to do with the hostel, but maybe a sign reminding the guests to respect others' rest and pack outside the room would be appreciated

Auberge de jeunesse viellissante, le mobilier, les chambres, les communs, la salle de petit déjeuner mériteraient un bon coup de jeune... La télé ne fonctionnait pas du tout.

Weird and rude staff denied entry when I arrived. There were no bed sheets and the staff refused to provide them. The reception guy asked me to pay for the taxi to bring bed sheets even though he was just upstairs and too lazy to bring the bed sheets down to the first floor. Noisy and uncomfortable beds. You arrive tired and wanna sleep and get welcomed by low paid grumpy people that refused entry and sabotage your stay. Not recommended, not even for one cheap night. Even for German standards the service was terrible. The level of laziness is too high, crowded rooms, narrow halls, noisy and uncomfortable beds, the least you could do is to have decent staff and leave a at least bed sheets for the room the costumer paid for and don't sabotage the reception. Seltsames und unhöfliches Personal verweigerte mir den Zutritt bei meiner Ankunft. Es gab keine Bettlaken und das Personal weigerte sich, welche bereitzustellen. Der Rezeptionist bat mich, für das Taxi zu zahlen, um Bettlaken zu bringen, obwohl er nur im oberen Stockwerk war und zu faul war, die Bettlaken ins Erdgeschoss zu bringen. Laute und unbequeme Betten. Man kommt müde an und will schlafen und wird von schlecht bezahlten, griesgrämigen Leuten empfangen, die den Zutritt verweigern und den Aufenthalt sabotieren. Nicht zu empfehlen, nicht einmal für eine günstige Nacht. Selbst für deutsche Verhältnisse war der Service schrecklich. Das Maß an Faulheit ist zu hoch, überfüllte Zimmer, enge Flure, laute und unbequeme Betten. Das Mindeste, was man tun könnte, ist, anständiges Personal zu haben und zumindest Bettlaken für das Zimmer bereitzustellen, für das der Kunde bezahlt hat, und nicht die Rezeption zu sabotieren.
