I had a super early train out of Stuttgart, so the staff showed me how to use the digital key and it made checking out seamless. The room was clean, the bedding was warm, and I had fun chatting with my roommate before we both went to sleep.

Reception is in the underground, have ventilation problem so there was bad smells in the lounge and reception. The room was freezing, felt cold even I have enough clothes to feel warm. The guy in the reception (in a day, not night) was pretending to be a cool-guy, and was flirting woman customers around the kitchen. He should give up this attitude and just do his job.

General cleanliness in the bathrooms is good, in the kitchen not so much. The worst thing is in the rooms, there was a putrid smell that you couldn't even sleep. Even with the window open you couldn't be there. The sheets were torn and smelled of perspiration, it is evident that they are not cleaned. I would not recommend it to anyone sincerely, it is preferable to pay a little more and be able to spend a stay in better conditions.

Al llegar al hotel me encontré que mi cama había sido utilizada, aunque ya había pasado el tiempo del Checkin la persona encargada me ayudo rápidamente y me dieron una Habitación solo para mí. No fue culpa del hostal claramente algún fue irrespetuoso al usar mi cama. El servicio es excelente y seguramente volveré allí !
