On booking they said its an apartment with balkon but it was a hotel and our room was on 4th floor with out lift, they did not mentioned in booking that this is not a apartment without lift. I want to travel with my 80 year old father but suddenly his program was canceled but if he travelled with us how can he managed to get on 4th floor with out lift. Room was very dirty every thing was covered with dust and beds were total rubbish beds make too much noice even when you move your hands uff total waste of money. There was no hot water in wash basin when we asked the reception about this they said sorry we can not repair it now. With 4 small children we use only cold water in wash basin. We also booked baby bed they confirmed that we will get baby bet but one day before our arrival they said that they dont have a baby bed. Please stay away from this hotel

La literie n'est pas de bonne qualité. Les lits superposés grincent et bougent beaucoup ! Dès que celui qui dort en haut bouge, celui du bas se réveille. Pas de clim.

Poucos banheiros

Lockers are a little thin, but it is has good height. Not a problem if you take a few things out of your backpack (and put it on top locker shelf), then everything'll fit into the locker. You don't really need 4 chairs in the room. 2 chairs for the 2 top bunk beds will do.

Les chambres familiales sont situées au 4ème étage sans ascenseur vraiment pas pratique avec des enfants et des bagages. De plus elles sont sous les toits donc la chaleur est insupportable.

Attention cependant à la chaîne du froid avec les yaourts du petit déjeuner

A fan would've helped in this heat (30+ C), and I also think the breakfast is really boring and not worth it for 7 euros.

El cuarto de chica entró un hombre a acostarse con una de ellas. Si uno paga un servicio de compartir habitación solo con chicas esto se debería cumplir.

I stayed on a hot day with 32+ degrees at day. the room had no fan so we had to open the windows at night, which means that we can hear the traffic below. I believe this would be less of an issue in other seasons, and it is a hostel so I knew this can happen in summer.

It's lucky that I travelled light as the 3 flights of old style, winding stairs would be tricky with a lot of luggage. My 4-bed dorm was spacious with a table and chairs but don't forget to bring a small padlock for the lockers. It's a shame that the guest fridge is one floor up from the guest kitchen - it's not the most convenient situation.
