Conveniently located in Markt. Huge dorm rooms with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and there’s a small bar. Bathrooms could do with some maintenance (no shower head holder), but otherwise clean. There’s some common areas but not much of a social atmosphere – but may be that January is more quiet.

In Ordnung wenn man für ne kurze Zeit bleibt, es gibt alle Notwendigkeiten. Jedoch fehlen Ablagestellen, Tampons im öffentlich zugänglichen Klo und die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Schimmel an der Wand im Bad und verschmutzte Fliessen. Putzkräfte kamen lautstark reingeplatzt, Türe sperrweit offen gelassen, trotz mehreren leichtbekleideten Gästen im Bett. Kein Taktgefühl

Der Preis ist sehr günstig und die Lage extrem gut. Leider findet man hier aber keine gemütliche Atmosphäre, die zum verweilen einläd. Die Küche ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar, was vorher nirgendwo ersichtlich war oder mitgeteilt wurde. Außerdem gibt es viel zu wenig Toiletten für die Anzahl der Schlafpätze. Pro Etage mit >50 Schlafplätzen gab es nur !eine! Toilette. Diese sah dann auch dementsprechend aus und roch unangenehm. Insgesamt wirklich nur für sehr zweckmäßige Aufenthalte geeignet!

Top Lage, super günstig, aber qualitativ auch nur in Ordnung. Die Kabinen sind okay. Aber der Sanitärbereich ist echt schlecht ausgestattet. Ein WC für zwei Etagen für Herren und Damen. Dazu sehr simple Duschen. Alles wirkt sehr lieblos und praktisch/ günstig. Für den Preis fein, aber dadurch ist die Atmosphäre nicht besonders angenehm. Sehr anonym und kalt. Mehr als schlafen möchte man eigentlich nicht. Frühstück habe ich nicht ausprobiert.

a reasonable hostel but absolutely 0 vibe. apparently since the introduction of the "pod" rooms the entire kitchen and common room has been gutted leaving only a cramped bar and a couple anti social sofas. theres only 1 shower room per gender if you're in the pod rooms and they're absolutely dire. pods are comfortable and large enough for 2, along with the location those are the only good things. for social travellers, avoid.

Es ist ein super Hostel, mitten im Herzen von Leipzig. Ich hatte einen medizinischen Notfall und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat schnell und richtig reagiert. Dafür danke ich ihr. Sehr freundliches Personal auch die Mitarbeiter vom ASB und Rettungsdienst.

A fire alarm went off around 8 AM and there was no fire in the building. A broken fire alarm is not safe and could cause a disaster. Also, the bed sheets were not on place, I had to do it on my own, never saw this before... I wouldn't be hosted there again.

"Guest kitchen" advertised but not available ("Renocations"), so no means of preparing and cooking a hot meal or even hot drinks and no temporary alrnatice provided = miisadcertising. Radiator valve constantly rattling. Bed Reading light switch broken, reported as such, but not repaired.

Top Hostel, nichts auszusetzen

I booked a mixed room however I was the only female with a room full of men. One talked loudly to himself, others came in drunk. At least they all snored all night so I knew they were staying put. I felt very unsafe. I would not recommend for single female travelers to book mixed rooms just because you will might have the same experience and be the ONLY female in the room. Staff could’ve done something about that but they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend because of this. Also, no balcony as pictured

i really liked the place, location was perfect and the price was very good too. it was clean and has a bathroom in the room. very nice.

Right in the center of Leipzig, transportation is super close by. Because is so close to restaurants and bar it might be a little noisy at times. It always smells like cigarettes smoke at night for some strange reason. Kitchen is very spacious ????. No washing or dryer machine in the building. Nonetheless it's an amazing option to explore attractions in Leipzig, very affordable ????

Friendly staff, easy to find, and super clean.

Conveniently positioned hostel. We had a spacious double room which was very clean. Breakfast was reasonably priced with a great choice. The building was rather maze-like and xonfusing

A clean and safe place to stay by the City Centre. Good facilities and helpful staff. There’s even a bar and happy Hout between 6-7pm. I enjoyed my stay an would choose again! Thank you

Everything was great but the room would echo even the quietest sound so it was very difficult to sleep. The personal lights on the beds would light up the entire room. It was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect.

Amazing staff, clean rooms, has a nice room with a pool table and foosball to socialize. Unfortunately my room had a terrible smell so much so that I was throwing up and nauseous, but they allowed me to change rooms.

By far one of the cleanest hostels I've ever visited. Staff was super friendly.

Hostel was perfectly fine but the main issue is that it is right on the main street - on a Friday night it is LOUD. I had seen this in other reviews but struggled with the noise despite earplugs as my room faced the street. Would have been a good location for bars etc but I was only there for one night. Also, you have to make your own bed which felt strange for a hostel.

Nur positives, war eine super Unterkunft!

Der Föhn im Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert und im Zimmer hat es sehr nach dem Shisha Cafe darunter gerochen. Sonst war es toll.

O hostel é nuito bom! central, limpo, organizado. O custo beneficio é otimo!

Sehr gute Lage und sehr preiswert.

Es gibt viele Möglichkeinen, mit andern Travelern zu connecten, das Hostel hat unten neben der Lobby auch eine nette Bar. Donst ist es sehr sauber, wirklich Zentral gelegen, man kann zu Fuß innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Innenstadt und den Bahnhof erreichen.

Excellent hostel in the centre of Leipzig, 8 bed room was large and clean with toilet and shower. The lounge was excellent large with views over the city. There small kitchen as well. Close to all the major attractions.

Ein schönes Hostel in Top-Lage. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind auf zack, sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

I highly recommend this hostel for its convenient location just moments from the Leipzig Markt. I was impressed by the friendly staff, the cleanliness; the beds were fresh, and the ensuite bathroom was spotless. The amenities are fantastic, featuring a daily bar, a comfortable guest seating area, and an outstanding buffet. This is truly one of the best hostels I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and book a stay—you won't be disappointed!

Ubicación inmejorable, staff atento, buenas instalaciones y está limpio. El wifi no llegaba con buena señal a mi cuarto.

Sehr sauberes Sechserzimmer. Etwas seltsam, dass man sich ein zusammengeschobenes Doppelbett teilen muss (zwei der sechs Betten im Zimmer). Ansonsten komfortabel und preiswert!

I booked the Deluxe Suite and I find it very spacious and very cheap for the quality of the penthouse suite. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Super nette Mitarbeiter, sehr zentral gelegen, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Uns hat‘s sehr gefallen.

I don't have much experience with hostels, but this one was great. Luckily I got a room, where the window wasn't looking directly to the street, so we got barely any noise coming in during the night. I stayed in a 10 bed room. The bed was comfy, I slept very well. The bathroom was clean, and there were additional showers to use if the one in your room is occupied. And there was a great lounge area with kitchen as well. The wifi connection in the room was weak, but in the lounge area was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Five Elements. It's close to everything, the staff is friendly, and it's clean. Good value for money. I'll be back.

Good hostel ,clean, with a bathroom and shower in the room. It's almost like a hotel, with lots of rooms along the corridor. Maybe that's why the atmosphere felt a little cold. The kitchen is clean and well organized.

The bed was large and set up as a bunk bed, which was great. The shower had strong water pressure, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The place is close to restaurants and the train station, making it very convenient. Overall, great value for money!

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The staff everytime I’ve stayed here the staff were so kind and the vibe was great. Everything was surprisingly clean.
