I can say the brightness of the light, it was pretty dark, but it‘s maybe for not disturbing other people… than it‘s ok

In the middle of the night, a sense of safety seems to drop-off. I have stayed a few times now, and the most recent, I was awoken by younger people running through the halls, banging aggressively on all the doors, and fighting, seemingly from intoxication, in the early hours in the inner Hof. Asked the reception in the morning, and they said, 'we'll write it down.'. When it comes to security and safety, such issues need to be handled more promptly and with clearer assurance.

Needs to be cleaner. Dusty floor, spots on bed sheets. We wanted one hour late check out and asked for 5 euros per adult.
