Merkwürdiger Duschvorhang

There is no 24/7 reception as they claim. I accidentally got locked out of my room at 3 a.m. and no staff were on location, only a phone number to ring 'in case of emergencies'. I was told I would have to sleep on a sofa in the common room and wait for staff to arrive at 7 a.m. as the person on the telephone was 20 km away.
